This was place so comfortable and private. Everything was clean and functional. Safe, walkable, and friendly neighborhood. There's a park with basketball courts and playground near by.

The condo is in a great location - five to 10 minutes from everything in El Paso from restaurants downtown, to restaurants and stadium by UTEP, to shopping and eating in Central El Paso. We found some great restaurants to enjoy dinners and breakfast. Good to check websites/Google to see when they're open, since not everything is open 7 days a week. Parking downtown can be a bit of a challenge - mostly paid lots - but that's about the only complaint! Lovely people in El Paso and a great city.

Place was super clean and free of clutter. Very spacious. It even included a 2 car garage! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was excellent! It had everything we needed for a few days. The pool was very rich. Carlos was very accommodating and accessible! Recommended!

Cozy and clean place, with everything you need to have a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Ruth and Guillermo take care of this place as much as they can. They are very open and friendly, always attentive to any questions and situations. I highly recommend them.

Julieta is super friendly and very responsive. She always had a good morning message which I think is great. We arrived later than what the check-in was and Julieta came down to help us open the garage in the middle of night. I appreciate her for that. There were snacks left for us and water in the fridge. I loved that there were snacks and water after a long drive. Julieta is a wonderful host and I would stay here again.

Everything was great about this place. Very spacious and clean. Even had a washer and dryer in the event that we needed it. This apartment was located in a very nicely quiet place and was located very near to most of the places we needed to access. Would easily come here again!

David’s place had a cozy, welcoming feel, and I loved seeing the El Paso star illuminated each night. While the space tended to gather dust, there were major dust storms during my stay—thankfully, my air purifier made a big difference. The neighbors were friendly yet respectful of privacy, and I appreciated having a dedicated parking spot, plus plenty of street parking available. I’d gladly stay here again if given the opportunity. David was a great host—friendly and quick to respond.

Beautiful space. Great decorations. It doesn’t have the best AC but it does cool down at night. I would book again!

Nice clean place. Very helpful n friendly. We stayed for a week just wished they had some seasoning to cook with for our long stay. And maybe some water for when we first arrive. Especially since we got in after 10pm. It’s about 15 minutes from the US consulate. A train passes by but it didn’t bother us.

Stayed at this location for six months and was very satisfied with it, Lilia and the property does an excellent job of keeping tenants happy, sitting area, plenty of washer and dryers, clean jacuzzis, good internet, maintenance on site as needed, the apartment had everything you could need to live in as your own, great building full of great artisan apartments. I would recommend staying here
