Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Fort Bend County

The booking was amazing, cute, very private area. We did have the up stairs neighbor dragging things around at night but it wasn't distracting and more than renovation during our booking. The booking had 2 EV spots however neither Chargepoint unit were working. Fortunately, there is a charging station very close as well. Overall, it was a beautiful place and very nice to stay in.

Michael was a great Host.. He contacted me prior to check in and explained the key location and everything which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay back here again.. Sorry, this is definitely a plus, it’s an elevator next door to door… Thanks Again Chad Coleman

Ben was very helpful on arranging the stay and answered all our questions quickly. We have arrived relatively late due to flight but had no problem entering the house, all was arranged. We stayed as family and asked for some household appliances, which were fulfilled very fast. The house, the compound and the neighborhood is very nice. It is easy to access other parts of the city as it is close to highway and is has some nice places to eat and shop in close distance. Overall it was a very nice stay, very good place and will stay again if visit the area. Thanks for all your help Ben.

Don’t walk but RUN AND GET THIS PLACE ! It was exactly as the description the host was great very friendly and replies literally within 5 min she gives specific and detailed instructions so there is no confusion The home was just as the pictures you control your heat/Ac as well & they even have a FLAT IRON ALONG SIDE WITH BLOW DRYER ! The home is about 30 min from downtown and I loved that I will definitely be booking this apartment again when I come back down to Texas . THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH ONCE AGAIN

I recently stayed at this amazing apartment for 14 days and highly recommend it! From arrival, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, with a spacious, beautifully decorated living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy king-sized bed for a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, a thoughtful touch. The attention to detail was outstanding – extras like towels, coffee, and tea made me feel at home. The building was in a quiet, secure area with a great gym and friendly staff. Whether for work or leisure, this place has it all. The host was communicative and ensured I had everything I needed. A true 5-star experience!

The hosts were awesome! I initially needed to change properties due to accessibility issues on my end. The hosts had another property for me, which was really a life saver! Then I had issues with the site (updating on a Sunday evening). The hosts contacted me and got Airbnb Customer Service involved and things were resolved in minutes. I just really appreciate the kindness and help the hosts offered! They went above and beyond. What I personally loved about the unit was how quiet and peaceful it was, the trash removal system, the open floor plan, and the good crushed ice. I didn't have to bother them for anything. Everything just went very seamless and I'm very appreciative for the stay.

We had a great time staying at this cozy and comfortable home. The house has everything you possibly need and is perfect for families. The owner was very polite and friendly, and he answered all our questions right away. The location is perfect—close to stores, restaurants, and anything else you might need. We were especially touched, after a long trip, to find plenty of water, a variety of snacks, and lots of cleaning products waiting for us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful gesture and a beautiful example of Southern hospitality. Big thanks to the owner for making our stay so nice!

I could writes pages of how amazing The Westhaven Estate and Lynn & Brian were. To keep it simple: #1 The house was incredibly clean (easily the cleanest place I’ve ever rented), but also pet friendly even though you would never be able to tell. #2 Lynn and Brian responded to every question within seconds (and I had A-LOT). Lynn gave great advice on getting the young adults to a concert at NRG all the way to where the best park was to bring my dog to. #3 Location couldn’t have been better. We felt safe in the driveway (as it was gated), in the house, in the beautiful backyard, and honestly the area in general. Access to everything was a breeze and convenient. #4 The upscale amenities in this house were impressive and practical. Impossible to have a favorite, but the retreat in the backyard was an awesome place for the young adults to watch the game and still have ac. #5 Thank yall for making a “trip to a concert” into “an amazing unforgettable visit to Houston”. That’s priceless

We had an amazing time celebrating Fourth of July with my family. The house had many amenities such as a park just steps away, bikes were accessible to ride, Bluetooth music, game boards, community pools, great space to eat outside, and etc. Also, the host was great at communicating. Look forward in coming again!

I am a frequent traveller to Houston, every other 2 months since 2020. Have stayed in different locations, hotels and airbnbs since then. First things first, there is absolutely no other better location than citycenter - walkable, safe, clean, fun, lots of stores, restaurants, close to the main gateways (I-10, Sam Houston, HW6) therefore in 30min you can explore Houston 360o. In regards to the property, it js simply in the best multi-familiy building in this region. And trust me, in Houston it has a value! As the most diverse city in America you can experience from the best to the worst at the same floor. But this one is 100% guarateed peace, kindness, education. Inside, clean, confortable, good space, appliances and the mains products you may need for a week stay. Super recommended!!! Will definetely come back on my upcoming city visits!

This place was great for our stay in Houston! The quick access to Memorial Drive and the 610 Loop make it easy to get around town and explore. The unit was very comfortable and had what we needed. David is a great host and responded to all our questions quickly and make our stay super easy.
