Community pool (community of only 8 apartments). You can enjoy beautiful sunrise views. It is a very cool apartment, even in summer. It has fans in the bedroom and in the dining room. It also has air conditioning, and has an additional cost of €10/day (optional).

Sa Tanca has been remodeled and is perfectly conditioned to enjoy both inside and outside with its pool, barbecue, terraces, shaded areas and excellent views, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets. The pellet fireplace and heating in the bathroom ensure a warm atmosphere to enjoy the house in winter as well. It has 2,300m2 of private land.
