This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

We had a wonderful stay for our honeymoon, tucked away in this beautiful little remote cottage but somehow 5 mins from a fun little town with an amazing square of patios. Aside from the rooster and a few ants the stay was PERFECT. We will be coming back again. Simply the best Airbnb and spot in Spain. A MUST.

We loved it. Stayed here on our mother-daughter holiday. Great hikes from the door - both short and long, easy and more challenging. The house is very special. We'd both live there if we could! Beautiful and breezy with lots of windows, clean, comfortable. Gorgeous leafy courtyard to sit in, and a balcony too. Beds were very comfy, the bedlinens were really lovely cotton. Pots and pans, plates and glasses, cutlery and cooking tools, corkscrew, lemon juicer, and grater - it had everything! Honestly can't think of a bad thing to say about our stay. Maria is friendly and helpful - we both really liked her. She gave us lots of interesting and useful info about the house, the village, and local walks.

Wir waren eine Woche dort, die Lage ist super sehr entspannt und man kann schöne Tage mitten in Oliven genießen, bei der Anfahrt sind die letzten 500 m der Straße sehr schmal, schöne wäre es auch wenn mehr Handtücher vorhanden wären und in der Küche Reinigungmittel und Tücher, ansonsten war es einfach genial für uns

Wir waren Ende März bis Anfang April 2025 Gäste in der Casa Salva und haben jede Sekunde genossen. Einen freundlicheren Gastgeber als Pedro kann man sich kaum wünschen. Das hübsche Häuschen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage und der Blick sind einzigartig: Wenn man morgens aufsteht, schaut man aus den Schlafzimmerfenstern auf das Tramuntana-Gebirge. Auf der Terrasse kann man auf Sonnenliegen prächtig den Tag vertrödeln und blickt dabei durch Oliven- und Zitronenbäume auf Fornalutx. Nach einer Wandertour oder Ausflügen schmecken ein Bier oder ein Wein mit Aioli, Brot und Oliven in einem der kleinen Restaurants rund um den hübschen Marktplatz besonders gut. Einkaufen kann man in einem kleinen Supermarkt, zu dem man vom Häuschen ungefähr 15 Min. geht. Ein bisschen tricky ist das Wenden auf dem kleinen Parkplatz direkt am Haus; hier hilft es, ein kurzes Auto zu haben. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - Danke, Pedro.

Les deux terrasses sont merveilleuses. La cuisine bien équipée et plusieurs produits disponibles, ce fut extrêmement apprécié. Suzanne est très accueillante et disponible. Emplacements de choix même pour nous cyclistes.

What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay, the house was beautifully decorated and we loved having the windows open during the day with a stunning view of the mountains. The village was our favorite out of every place we visited on the island, super walkable to great restaurants and shops. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again.
