Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

2 km outside the small village of Es Llombards/ Santanyi lies this small cosy finca for 2 persons. With a large living-dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, 2 people and toddler can spend a wonderful, peaceful holiday here. The outdoor area with plenty of seating and lounging options as well as sun and shade areas and an outdoor retro bathtub round off the comfort of the finca.

It is a newly renovated antique finca with large terrace in the mountains above beautiful Fornalutx village. Cozy house has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and living area with armchairs in the same space, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The 2 kms road from Fornalutx to the house is one-lane asphalt road, the small car is more conveniente to move in the area if you are not experienced driver.

The house is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend beach days in the port of Soller with all the activities you want. Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

A LITTLE HOUSE LOCATED IN THE CENTER OF BINIARAIX, IN A VERY QUIET PART OF SOLLER. IT IS LOCATED NEAR THE BINIARAIX RAVINE. 5 MIN FROM THE CENTER AND 12 MIN FROM THE BEACH. IT HAS A LARGE TERRACE AND INCREDIBLE VIEWS FROM ALL ROOMS. The Covid-19 cleaning and disinfection protocol is strictly followed.
