The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

A 5-minute walk from the center of Formiguères, bakery, butcher/delicatessen, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pizzeria. The accommodation consists of an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, raclette machine), 140 cm sofa bed, 140 cm bed, shower cabin and separate toilet. Sheets and household linen provided on request and optional. Accommodation not accessible to PRM due to steps and no suitable equipment.

In the charming village of Formigueres, 6-person chalet with 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds, one with single bunk bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can walk to the heart of the village where you will find a deli, bakery, grocery store, bar, restaurant... playground. At the bottom of the subdivision, a free shuttle can drop you off at the village ski resort during school periods.
