Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft in Alicante. Alles war in Ordnung und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders die Aussicht hat mir gut gefallen – man konnte wirklich schön auf die Umgebung blicken. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war außerdem sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie hat mir bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen und den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Ich kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

We 100% recommend Raquel’s place. We stayed for a month with our dog, and we had everything we needed for a long term stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the condo is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The complex is very dog friendly. The location is terrific for the local beaches + day trips to Calp, Santa Pola and Elche. We spent several days visiting Alicante for the central market, the castle, restaurants and shopping. Raquel is extremely helpful and responsive. In fact, she went out of her way to help us obtain an EU pet passport for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. El edificio es antiguo pero la vivienda está reformada y bien cuidada.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

Este piso fue un verdadero oasis durante mi mudanza. Necesitaba alojarme unos días en un sitio tranquilo y realmente este alojamiento ha superado mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, a un paso de la playa, y la tranquilidad de la urbanización me permitió relajarme en un momento de mucho estrés junto a mi perra, una Golden Retriever de 8 años. La urbanización es muy segura, con parking privado y daba gusto dormir por las noches. Nada de fiestas ni de ruidos por parte de los vecinos. El piso es precioso, muy bien decorado, con unas vistas estupendas al mar, super limpio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La comunicación con José Carlos y Marta fue excelente, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. ¡Recomiendo este alojamiento al 100%!

Je tiens beaucoup à remercier les hôtes le logement j’ai rien à dire moderne beau mobilier neuf bâtiment propre même à distance il réponde très rapidement vous n’êtes pas seul il y’a les transport à proximité si vous voulez vous promener plus commerce la plage et juste à 3 minutes à pied le plus piscines au dessus du toit franchement je mis attendez pas mais je reviendrai ma mère été très surprise vu que c’était pour elle ce voyage et très satisfait et reviendra il ont plusieurs logement moderne autour des plages de Torrevieja. Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Dit is een heerlijk licht en modern appartement met handige indeling en een fijn terras aan de straatkant. Bedden zijn comfortabel, er zijn twee badkamers en er is voldoende kledingkastruimte. Je hebt een eigen parkeerplaats in de parkeergarage. Rafal en Irina zijn geweldige verhuurders. Prettige communicatie en het in- en uitchecken verliep zeer soepel. Aanbevolen.

Traumhafte Wohnung in Herzen von Alicante ! Sauber in modernen edel styl , in Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt um eine angenehme Urlaub zu haben . Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , in jeden unsere anliegen hat sofort und fast schon als Freund reagiert . Top Urlaub , Top Gastgeberin um eine gerechte preis ! Schade das wir nur eine Woche Urlaub hatten .

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Tous les matins, ouvrir sa porte et assister au lever du soleil sur la mer, prendre ses repas devant la mer , aller à la plage en faisant quelques pas , cette maison c'est le bonheur !! En plus Sonia parle français et le couple est très accueillant et réactif si besoin. J'espère y retourner très vite..
