Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

We 100% recommend Raquel’s place. We stayed for a month with our dog, and we had everything we needed for a long term stay. As others have mentioned, the view from the condo is amazing and far exceeded our expectations. The complex is very dog friendly. The location is terrific for the local beaches + day trips to Calp, Santa Pola and Elche. We spent several days visiting Alicante for the central market, the castle, restaurants and shopping. Raquel is extremely helpful and responsive. In fact, she went out of her way to help us obtain an EU pet passport for our dog. We definitely hope to return.

Lovely stay here with our dogs. Nice enclosed garden and only a 5 min drive to La mata beach and some nice walks for the dogs. Close enough to central Torrevieja for all the restaurants etc but just far enough away for peace and quiet.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I 100% recommend this place!

I really want to thank the hosts the accommodation I have nothing to say modern beautiful new furniture clean building even remotely it responds very quickly you are not alone there is transportation nearby if you want to walk more commercial the beach and just a 3-minute walk the most swimming pools above the roof frankly I wait but I will come back my mother was very surprised since it was for her this trip and very satisfied and will come back there are several modern accommodations around the beaches of Torrevieja. Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Couldn’t fault the booking. Everything as listed and a friendly welcome even after arriving on a late flight. Seamless from start to finish - thanks so much

This is a wonderfully bright and modern apartment with convenient layout and a nice terrace on the street side. Beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and there is plenty of wardrobe space. You will have a private parking space in the parking garage. Rafal and Irina are amazing hosts. Pleasant communication and check in and check out went very smoothly. Recommended.

This apartment is amazing and as wonderful as it looks in the photos. it was super clean and beds really comfortable. The location is perfect with literally everything on your doorstep and a few steps to the beach. Communication with Begona was excellent. Totally recommend this beautiful apartment

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Great place, nice location, cool host

Every morning, open your door and watch the sunrise over the sea, have your meals in front of the sea, go to the beach by taking a few steps, this house is happiness!! In addition, Sonia speaks French and the couple is very welcoming and responsive if needed. Hope to come back soon.

Would highly recommend Vegard's apartment - right on the promenade in a prime location and looking at a spectacular view of the water.
