We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Great, responsive hosts. Million dollar view. Lots of comfortable outdoor space. Plenty of beds and 3 full baths a plus. Kitchen clean, updated and stocked with all you could need. Had a wonderful stay at Ted's place! We had 6 adults staying in the home and there was room for more than that. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of privacy and great communication from our host. Easy access to a few beaches and marinas, and only about 1 hour from Atlantic City entertainment. Other nearby activities included golfing and deep sea fishing. Shopping was convenient at both Walmart and Shop Rite. The back yard was spacious and had a nice deck for socializing. I hope to return to Ted's place next time our family needs a place!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location is great especially for water enthusiasts. There's a marina and boat launch ramp nearby, making it the perfect spot for bringing jet skis or a boat. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, checking in to see if we needed anything. They have a booklet of favorite places to eat (which was spot on) and local items of interest. We loved being able to dock our jet skis right at the property, and the working hose was great for the daily flush of the jet ski exhaust. Highly recommend for a convenient and hospitable stay!

What can I say? All the other reviews were spot on. This was a spectacular home for a family wanting to spend quality time together, inside and outside the home. Serene, beautiful surroundings, spotless home, and all the necessities to enjoy cooking/grilling at home and feeling at home, while also being close to LBI and other surrounding beaches. Highly recommend, flawless experience. Thank you Mike and Milu!
