The house is being renovated May/June 2025. The house is 250 meters from Söderåsen National Park and on the same side as the national park. Close to the bus stop and free parking for a car. In the house there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with five beds in a bunk bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table. New dishwasher 2023 and new oven August 2024. Two toilets. Shower in the basement and washing machine, new 2024, in the same space. Large table, sofa as well as armchair and fireplace to burn.

In the main building there are 3 bedrooms, of which 1 with kingsize bed and 2 with single bed. Large area for socializing and cooking, fireplace. bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. In the annex there are 2 120 cm beds, toilet and shower. Outdoor furniture and barbecue are included. 5 minutes walk from the house there is a sauna, boule court and mini golf.

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

Our stuga is located in the heart of the province of Skåne, southern Sweden. Cities such as Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Kristianstad are within one hour reach. The stuga is located in a hilly and wooded area where many beautiful walks can be taken. There are trips such as to Skånes Djurpark ( 5km. from the stuga), the beach, swimming/fishing in a lake, golfing, canoeing etc. The stuga is fully furnished and is cozy in both summer and winter months.

We are very pleased with the trip to Ina's house. Plenty of room for large groups. Wonderful surroundings and no traffic outside. However, several motorcycles were passing through, but nothing that disturbed. Perfect accommodation to bring kids. My 2.5-year-olds lived their best life in the garden as well as with a lot of toys that were indoors. Clean and nice accommodation, would be happy to come back.

A spacious outdoor area features a relaxing hammock suspended between two trees. Nearby, a charming house is visible, showcasing a covered porch with ample seating. Lush green grass surrounds the setting, providing a serene atmosphere for outdoor enjoyment.

Staying at Karin's place was fantastic. The location in very beautiful and peaceful. The views from the cabin are gorgeous and the cabin has all the needs for a short stay. Karin is very friendly and was great to talk with her. Staying at Karin's place is very good in summer due to the summer deck but also can be very well enjoyed during the winter due to the amazing views. To repeat!
