The space provides a king size bed, 2 day chairs, microwave and brand new shower room. Breakfast for the first day is provided. With private parking and its own entrance, you can be sure of a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful stay. This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

The Studio

A refurbished stone built, 1 bedroom detached chalet in an extremely quiet rural location close to good traffic links, long-distance footpath, Forest of Dean, Wye Valley and the National Dive Centre. Large lounge with log burner, sofa and dining table. Open plan kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and toaster. One bedroom with king size bed, ensuite shower and wc. Private patio and access to garden. 5 min drive to shops in Chepstow, 40mins to Bristol / Cardiff.

A bright and recently modernised grade 1 listed Cotswold stone cottage, 100 yards from the Cotswold Way with breathtaking views down the Stroud Valley, its own parking and secluded outdoor eating. Filled with natural light, it is very peaceful and extremely comfortable with luxury bedding (super king or twin bed) and kitchen. An idyllic spot for walking, cycling, exploring the local scenery or simply escaping the city Painswick is 10 minutes from Stroud ( 87 mins hourly train to London).

Parking is to the front of the property, if this is limited then there is a free car park in the village 300m away.

Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door. Own entrance, to private accommodation, comprising sitting room with wood burner, upstairs landing area with kitchenette ( microwave, no oven), shower room, and one beautiful beamed double bedroom. Our unique Studio is perfectly placed on the Cotswold Way Those visiting can keep themselves entirely isolated from the hosts, with their own entrance and exit with parking outside the dwelling. The Studio is deep cleaned before guests arrive Parking / Shower / WC / WiFi / Microwave / Fridge / Tea, Coffee making facilities. Fresh milk, cereals and snacks supplied

The Garden Studio Graywalls Stroud

5 mins walk from Stroud train station, the wood clad Garden Studio is airy and modern and surrounded by green. It overlooks our garden, and apart from the trains (only 2 an hour) it’s peaceful but also so close to the pretty hilly town of Stroud. The bustling farmers market on a Saturday is a great fun and the commons and walks are spectacular. There is parking on our drive. To get to the studio walk down the gravel pathway past our front door. The key hold is by the studio door.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Little Oak - romantic & spacious, Forest of Dean

This is our newly built light and airy self contained guesthouse set in the beautiful Forest of Dean. It's the perfect location for exploring all that the forest has to offer. We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.

The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals.
