The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. I've created what I think is a relaxing stay. You will sleep on a memory foam mattress with cotton linens. Additionally, there is a 55 inch smart TV with free Netflix and Apple TV, along with a selection of books and games. The patio and gazebo are also available and are the smoking areas. This master suite in my house has a private entrance and yard. There are no shared spaces and there is a lock on both sides of the sound-baffled door to the main house to value your privacy as well as mine.

This mini-studio is located as part of a residential home. It has it's own private entrance along with its own kitchenette, full bathroom, a full size bed, a full sized sofa bed, and a desk area. We live off a busy street but safe street. The studio is exclusively for guests and is about 3 minutes by car off TV Highway in the Beaverton/Aloha area, where restaurants and supermarkets can be found. We have a large parking space and friendly neighbors.
