All rooms have views across fields, vineyards and mountains, with the huge covered verandah providing the best vantage point only occasionally obstructed by wandering kangaroos, wombats, foxes, and the local cows.

It is located in close proximity to prominent Hunter Valley wineries, concert venues, Pokolbin Village and the Hunter Valley Gardens. With its private entrance and first floor location it provides complete privacy for a peaceful escape. The house is energy efficient with two solar installations for both electricity and hot water.
