Welcome to Chalet "Le Refuge" in Puyvalador! Ideally located in the middle of fir forests, 1800 meters above sea level in the heart of a calm and wild nature, in the beautiful Capcir valley, you will appreciate the calm of this small family cottage on the edge of the forest, in a warm and very pleasant environment. A total change of scenery for all nature lovers, allowing you to observe beautiful starry nights from the terrace which offers stunning views over the entire valley!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

The 1700's 'Mountain Village Studio' in Nohèdes (990m alt.) has been fully restored in 2021 with a contemporary interior design overlooking the village square of Nohèdes with stunning views of the valley and mountains. The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

An ideal retreat for meeting with family or friends. Pets are allowed, and they can enjoy the mountain without restrictions. Sheets and towels are provided. If you want peace and freshness, enjoy a virgin mountain, walk through peaks and lakes on foot, ski or snowshoe, this is your paradise. For lovers of downhill skiing, Formiguères and Les Angles are still open 15 minutes away, and you can still enjoy sledding or cross-country skiing in what was our resort.
