Чудове місце для відпочинку і душею, і тілом. Якраз те, що ми шукали в умовах ізоляції. Будиночок дуже миленький, господинею все гарно продумано, щоб умови були максимально комфортні. Все акуратно і чисто. Є свій дворик зі столиком, де ми часто їли на свіжому повітрі. Територія озеленена, багато дерев, тому від спеки не мучились. Прекрасна барбекю зона. До моря треба пройтись хвилин 15, але краєвид, що відкривається того вартий! Пляжі - це просто знахідка! Людей зовсім мало, набережну прибирають. Ростуть сосни - ми під ними частенько знаходили хорошу тінь. На свою ціну усе цілком вартує. Дякуємо!

Nice stylish place. New and clean. Nice view from house territory, but you need to walk to the beach about 5-7 minutes. Recommended if you want to stay outside the city in quiet place. On the territory are other apartments. Hosts are very friendly and ready to help anytime.

Все отлично прошло. Апартаменты соответствуют фотографиям. Хоть сперва был насторожен тк на официальном сайте Отеля Немо о них ничего не сказано. Фактически находится в Отеле Немо, есть обслуживание 24/7 бар кухня, доступ ко всей инфраструктуре. Обслуживание в отеле. Апартаменты как «президенский люкс» под 200кв метров, все чисто, все мелочи шампуни тапочки и даже тапочки для бассейна были предоставлены. Любой запрос - отель от себя обслуживает и выполняет. Однозначно еще вернемся. Своих денег стоит. Хозяин всегда на связи и отвечал быстро.

Мала пізній приїзд потягом, тож господар надав чіткі вказівки і в охорони можна було взяти ключик, навіть о 23:00, у пішій доступності від вокзалу. Квартира нова, чистенька, з вікна у вітальні відкривається вигляд на море. Розташована у новому жк та має закриту територію. У квартирі є все необхідне, єдине, що радила б замінити посуд та постільну білизну з подушками, мала вживаний вигляд, але на якість перебування це не вплинуло. Дякую Аллі за приємний та комфортний візит до Одеси

Господар зробила все, щоб ми легко, швидко та в потрібний час заселилися. Квартира гарна з гарною панорамою на Одесу та трохи на море, а найголовніше що за весь час у нас не було аніяких проблем, навіть за підземний паркінг господар для нас домовилась.
