Une ch lit double, grd salon, cuisine tt équipée. un petit jardin devant, un autre au sud avec BRQ, table, chaises longues. cette maison est pleine de charme vivante, soyez mes hôtes respectueux. Cette maison est la mienne, je l'habite, mes affaires sont rangées dans les placards, mais ne vous gêneront pas quand vous occupez la maison, je suis installée ailleurs. L'appartement du 1er étage, qui est indépendant, est occupée à l'année par un locataire

Vous serez à deux pas de la forêt de Fontainebleau, un paradis pour les amateurs d'activités en plein air. À 10 minutes en voiture de Fontainebleau, vous aurez également un accès facile à la richesse culturelle de la région, avec ses nombreux châteaux et musées. Pour un séjour en toute tranquillité, une borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques est disponible au cœur du village.

Pour information nous avons remplacé le canapé convertible (couchage quotidien) afin d'offrir plus de confort aux visiteurs. À proximité de la Seine, de la forêt de Fontainebleau, des châteaux (Fontainebleau, Vaux le Vicomte, Blandy les tours ) à 5’ à pied de la gare, sans oublier l’île de loisirs de Bois le Roi et son golf (9 trous) située à 3kms , ce charmant appartement de 20m2 tout confort vous attend. Un sentier de randonnée est praticable à côté de l’entrée du logement . Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Notre boulanger qui se trouve à 200m « vous enchantera les papilles ».

30 minutes by bus from INSEAD, Samois sur Seine is a village of character, full of charm, with all its local shops, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

A peaceful haven in a beautiful authentic village on the Seine, bordering the Fontainebleau forest, "l'atelier" is a lovely space of 35m2 (for 2 persons) that we have just fitted out. Very private, open on a beautiful green setting of 2000m2. Ideally located for hiking, biking, rock climbing, golf, horseback riding. Easily accessible from Paris by car(1h) or by train (45min), the place is ideal to try flex-time work, far from city stress.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
