2024 independent 25 m2 accommodation near train station

Our studio is very close to transport (tram A: 3 min walk, tram B: 8 min), the train station (10 min) and GEM (10 min). All shops, bars, restaurants and concert halls are a few blocks away. Downtown Grenoble is a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation was created in early 2024, it is bright and perfectly equipped. The window, overlooking a very quiet street, faces the garden of a house. A new 140 bed sleeps 2, and a sofa bed sleeps a 3rd person comfortably.
