Glazed, quiet area, close to all shops, the castle and the train station. Very nice 55 m2 apartment bathed in sunlight thanks to its location (3rd floor without elevator), renovated and tastefully decorated. Very well equipped accommodation, composed of an entrance with closet, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, a dressing room and a kitchen open to the living room and living room. Linens and bedding provided. Vitré, in addition to its cultural heritage is 30 minutes from Rennes and ~1 hour from St Malo.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
