Monthly Rentals in Font de Sa Cala

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

What a panorama: every morning a sunrise right in front of the terrace! Only 10m from the sea, wave sounds - the perfect getaway!!! And if you want more, you can reach restaurants in Cala Ratjada or a short drive in Capdepera after a reasonable walk. We felt very comfortable, especially because of the very good preparation and care by Toni, Mitra and Jeroni.

This was a VERY special place! The house is beautifully situated on the coastline and the views and outdoor spaces couldn't be more spectacular and relaxing. We were a family of 5 adults (30 years+). Everyone had their space to spread out and we were also able to be together. Though there is a beach right down the road, we felt no need to go there. If you are looking to be close to Palma, however, this might not be the location for you. We were there after the height of the season and it was quiet (which is what we were looking for). The drive to Palma was about an hour.

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment with wonderful views of the harbor. Our host was very friendly and always easily accessible. We highly recommend the place.
