The accommodation with an independent entrance is located at the exit of the A10 highway, exit 31 (2 km), near the departmental road. It has double-glazed windows and is close to Saint-Maixent-l'Ecole, halfway between Niort and Poitiers. It is a characterful house. Tourism: Marais Poitevin, Futuroscope, Rochelle Île de Ré (1h by highway) Niort (market) Near cottage: Tumulus de Bougon, Sanxay (thermal baths, opera in August), Menigoute (ornithological festival, golf ), Melle (silver rocks)

Private apartment adjoining the house

Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
