We stayed for 2 nights. It was incredibly relaxing watching and listening to the waves on the deck. Walked to dinner at Rita’s one night and walked to dinner at Taco Boy the other night. We love this condo and the location can’t be beat. Ocean, shops and dinner all right where you want!

David’s place on Folly Beach was a wonderful experience! It was located right on the beach, maybe one street over which made the beach experience much more enjoyable! David is a friendly and responsive host, would definitely recommend!

Perfect suite for a romantic getaway. The views were amazing and the staff was so sweet and accommodating. Happy hour was definitely a highlight of our stay.

We loved staying here for our trip! It was close to all the local spots including downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. The place was super clean and had all amenities we needed. It was perfect for 2 people. We highly recommend!

One of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed at in Folly. The view is truly spectacular and the house comes exactly as described - A perfect beach getaway. There was plenty of room for our group (6 adults) both to hang around and for sleeping. The walk to beach was 2-3 minutes at most which was amazing. Town was also very easy to walk to which our group felt was an undersold positive of the house. Matt was a fantastic host the entire time which made the stay even better.
