Welcome to our newly renovated and family-friendly summer cottage on our farm in Offerdal. Here you live quietly and close to nature with mountains, forests and lakes nearby – perfect for both relaxation and excursions. On the farm there are cows, horses and cats, which are usually appreciated by both children and adults. In summer, there are cozy cafes within walking or cycling distance as well as nice swimming areas, fishing waters and forests rich in berries and mushrooms. Duvets and pillows are available. Bed linens are included or can be rented for SEK 60/set.

Grocery store (Ica), gas station (OKQ8), café are located in the village of Mörsil.

In the summer, you can swim in crystal clear water at the swimming jetty just near the house, or take a nice walk along the lake. Proximity to excellent fishing waters, mountains, berry and mushroom forests. In the neighboring village of Laxsjö, there is a grocery store that is praised for its nice service and selection. When Storsjön roars, you can light the fire & look out through the panoramic windows & enjoy Oviksfjällen on the horizon. Get away from the hectic everyday life and live under the stars. Swim in the pond, fish in the river or lake, hike in untouched nature or just relax in silence without neighbors. Here you can be on your own and disconnect. We do not have electricity at the mountain farm, but we have gas heating for water and a gas stove in the kitchen. In winter there is no road to the cabin, but we can transport you in with a snowmobile. Feel free to ask us before you book. Water in sanitary facilities and hot tub is shut off in winter.

The newly built small guest house is located on Birka Strand in Ås, about 10 km outside Östersund. The view is beyond the ordinary with a view of the big lake and Oviksfjällen. Letting go of everyday worries, putting your phone away, and allowing yourself to be enchanted by your surroundings. Lighting a fire, canoeing, looking out over the water's edge from the edge of the bed as even the beaver can swim by sometimes, boil coffee and cook over an open fire. "Välkommen" in our cozy log cabin! The several hundred year old house on two floors is located with a great view of the south beach of our Fyrsjön. There is a double bed on the ground floor and up to 4 people can sleep comfortably under the sloping roof on the upper floor. The flair of the old beams, the view from the window of the lake, canoe and our new BARREL SAUNA (included) make your stay perfect! Kitchen, shower and toilet are 20 meters away in the "grannys house", which all guests share!
