Located on the side of the road and the Voie Verte, whether on foot, by bike or by car, you will be as close to Foix train station, as the magnificent Terrasses du Pech hiking trail or the historic center and its castle. It should therefore be noted that traffic is quite heavy during the day and reduced from 7 p.m. It is equipped with double glazing and top-of-the-range acoustic curtains in order to reduce this inconvenience as well as possible.
