This traditional house of about 200 years is located in the village of Poliani in Messinia at a height of 680 meters in the embrace of Taygetos. Historically, Poliani has recorded up to this day more than 45 Byzantine temples while the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary survives from the Byzantine period with remarkable frescoes of the 12th century.
