Vacation rentals with a patio in Fogo Island

We’ve already booked our next trip in July and will be staying in one of Jeanette’s locations again. Thank you so much for opening your space to us!

Donna’s Home Away From Home was a real gem! The place was spotless and everything seemed to be brand new! The suite is very well stocked, the welcome basket and bottled waters were a thoughtful addition and we loved the view of the water from our deck. We would definitely choose this place again!

Great spot in an amazing location with beautiful icebergs everywhere. Comfy bed, great kitchen with all the amenities, tv and super warm despite zero temperature. Parking was better than anywhere else we went haha and a local fox made an appearance outside our window the first night. We stopped at the local foodland and inquired about lobster, only to meet the person behind us in the lineup and arrange local lobster that were then hand delivered complete with loaner lobster pot, at the most amazing price- I can’t even say it out loud as it would jinx things. Clean, warm, awesome. Would go there again in a heartbeat

This was our first visit to Fogo Island, we weren’t sure what to expect, the place was clean, had beautiful views and was a perfect location. We were able to easily walk to brimstone head trail, and to Fogo Head hiking trail. The sunsets were amazing! We ate at the Bang belly, which was fabulous, and a short walk from the bnb, recommend making a reservation if you’re there Thursday to Sunday! All in all, great location and had everything we needed!

I can’t say enough good things about Jeanette. She reached out to us before we even got there to let us know to arrive early at the ferry. She checked in with us when we arrived to make sure all was well. We really liked a quilted item she had in apartment and she arranged for us to go to the shop after hours and led us there so we would not get lost. Recommended some great hikes. Jeanette was extremely accommodating and warm and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jeanette for showing us some of that wonderful hospitality. And thanks to Dale who opened her quilt shop up for us after hours!

Even though it was a work trip, I felt very relaxed and comfortable staying at the cottage! Being able to walk down by the ocean and watch the many species of birds flying above, it helped reduce the stresses of work! Building is unique to the area and one of a kind. Definitely will stay there again!

I am so happy I chose Patti's Blue Whale Cottage for our stay. It was cozy, comfortable and charming. The location was lovely and I enjoyed having a morning cup of tea outside in one of the adirondack chairs as I watched the fisherman go out in their boats or pull up their traps. In the evening, a class of wine to cap off the day with that same amazing view. So peaceful and serene to listen to the waves roll in/out. The Cottage was super clean, very well kept and the local caretaker was an absolute delight to meet making wonderful suggestions on places to go and things to do. And Patti went above and beyond in helping us secure access to a local attraction when I found my mobile phone didn't have service for a local phone call. The island and location could not be beat and these accomodations were perfect for us. I would happily recommend the Cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you so much Patti!

Beautiful airbnb . very clean with comfy beds and very peaceful sorroundings by the water..Hosts are quick to respond and communicate. Would highly recemend this airbnb 😃

This property has been wonderfully updated throughout. The quality of materials and the attention to design detail are noticeable throughout the entire house. We were a small group of 3, but this would make a wonderful place for your extended family gathering. Lots of icebergs and whales in the area during the season!!

Great place, silent, clean and full of any amenities. Next to the beach and to Barbour Living Heritage Village. Unfortunately we stopped only for one night in the low season. Hope to back soon. Strongly recommended!
