Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Foce, Genoa

Nice stay, we were met well, on arrival, it's a nice homely flat and were given a full tour with advice on what to see. Top tip if you walk from the station, you can get the funicular up the steep hill for 2 euro and enter from the top of the building instead. good location, close to the old city, if you go up their is a bakery and pizza restaurant. would have loved to stay longer

The hosts were very responsive. The terrace was a nice feature with great views.

This was the perfect base for our short break. The flat was absolutely pristine, very stylish and beautifully presented. It felt surprisingly spacious – even though the quirky layout meant we were almost literally on top of each other, everyone felt like they had plenty of breathing room. We were very comfortable (I wish my mattress at home were as good!) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the location was perfect for us: tucked tight between the harbour (perfect, we went down to the waterfront pretty much every day) and the Doge's Palace, it was easy to explore in every direction and enjoy the characterful streets.

We spent 14 days with Paula and they flew by. We enjoyed it very much and would come back anytime. We like to go on hiking tours and had the opportunity to start beautiful tours directly from the house, without moving the vehicle. The apartment itself offers upscale comfort and it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. You gladly accept the short, adventurous driveway from Sori, as you arrive in another world. Thanks for the very good communication and the valuable tips.

Sandra was available, kind, and even had us find two bus tickets... with a lot of explanation, in short, a very helpful person... the apartment simply wonderful, very clean, pleasant... a wonderful stay... Thank you Sandra for your hospitality

A great place to stay for big families and groups, in a beautiful historical building located in Genoa historic center. So many little lanes and routes around the house filled with amazing cafes, bars, shopping. Andrea is a great host who was always available to assist us with any problem we had or any information we needed.

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

If you need to unwind and enjoy some relaxation, this is a little gem of a really, really nice fountain. Essential and with every comfort Stefano is super kind and helpful I'll definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

The location was beautiful, the apartment even more beautiful. The contact with Valentina went very well and quickly. She was also very flexible when we said we would come a little earlier. I would always recommend Valentina!

We loved our stay and Daniela was a great host. The location is beautiful and the views are amazing - but just be prepared that the walk into town is very steep and the path a little overgrown - not so easy after dark or with shopping! For us through, it was more than worth it for the views. The villa was lovely, very traditional Italian style and had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit and not very easy to find in this area so we and the kids loved it. We felt very at home. One thing to note is that the rubbish disposal is a little difficult and we had to dispose of all of our rubbish ourselves, which we didn't realise - the bins are located at the bottom of a very steep hill and road so if you don't have a car, it isn't easy. Other than that, we loved our stay and will hopefully return!

Communication with Barbara was very easy. We arrived at 11:00 pm and her husband Tizziano waited for us at the station to accompany us to the accommodation. The apartment was clean and tidy and in an unbeatable location. Only it faces the street and at night you can hear all the noise from the street. I would be happy to recommend Barbara's place!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Dayana is a great host. Even when we had a bad experience in a restaurant she organized a perfect experience in Casa Spinola just around the corner, which also deserves 5 stars for service, dood and atmosphere!

Great location and lovely apartment, personalized decor/interior (not like an impersonal agency managed place) with lots of character. Bedrooms and bedding were first rate, three bathrooms were well appointed, nice kitchen also well equipped. Back deck-balcony was particularly lovely, great place for coffee and breakfast in the morning, and wine and cheese in the evenings before dinner. Location is very convenient to access sites in the historical area and port. Hosts very responsive and personally involved. We had a wonderful stay, and I would strongly recommend this spot and hosts to anyone planning a visit to Genoa.
