The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Here you live comfortably with your own entrance, a room with a sofa bed and loft with sleeping space for two, a small kitchen area where you can cook breakfast or something simple. A place to rest, be inspired and be close to nature – but still close to the city. With its own parking space outside the junction and bus stop outside on the street.

There are two extra beds, one of which can be a double mattress on the floor in the living room. There is a refrigerator for food and beverages. Coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and two hotplates allow you to cook your own meals. Pets are also welcome and many of our guests bring dogs, cats and even rabbits. There are nice walking paths in the surrounding area.

Här erbjuder vi ett boende i pittoresk miljö nära naturen och djuren. Vår gård ligger 15 minuter från Lund 25 minuter från Malmö. Du har också väldigt nära till Österlen och sydkusten med sol och bad. I vårt närområde finns vandringsleder, golfbanor,cafeer,restauranger,dresincyckling,mountainbike slinger och andra spännande utflyktsmås.

Svensk Logcabin, med förebild från USA. Sitt på verandan och betrakta vår Japandi Garden och Koifiskarna i dammen. Laga mat, Sitt och njut, eller sov gott i skön och rofylld miljö. Använd gärna hela trädgården. Finns en mycket bra Italiensk restaurang i byn. Stängt måndagar. Nu semesterstängt till 4 augusti. Bra kommunikationer. OBS! Järnvägen ligger nära, vilket kan vara störande för den som sover lätt. Rökning i stugan och på tomten är förbjudet pga. av brandrisk!
