Flint address only House is registered in Genesee twp,No Flint water. Relax in this calm, stylish space. It's a very safe area, we know we live across the street. Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful home just outside downtown. Sitting on just under 2 acres, our completely updated home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a half bath. One bathroom is completely ADA accessible including a roll-in shower. The bedrooms consist of 3 rooms with queen size beds and 1 with a full size bed. I, very much enjoyed my stay of 3 nights. I stayed in room #3, it was just like in the photos. Clean and very accommodating. Bed was nice, the sheets and blankets are soft. Plenty of Natural lighting. Temp of the room is always cozy. Bathroom directly by your room for easy trips. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was perfect and lots of hot water. The room of course comes with strong Wifi but also for those gamers, theres a ethernet cord that gives 600mbs+ down with 45mbs upload. Yeah thats right, you're not lagging out of games when your staying here. Was even able to set up a pc gaming setup with the desk and Tv made available in my room. So you know the room has plenty of space. You can't beat the rates for the stay here! You wont find rates this low for great well accommodating service like this. If im ever looking in the area again. I know where im staying.

This room was perfect for what we needed! My daughter and I attended a concert at Pine Knob but live almost 3 hours away so driving home was not an option that late at night. The space is exactly as described. Simple but everything we needed. Cindy was very responsive and flexible. The descriptive check-in pictures and explanations were very helpful, especially since it was dark outside when we arrived. The only thing I'd like to add is that GPS wanted me to pull into the "second left" driveway which is not correct.. so just look carefully as you arrive (not at any fault of the host). Thank you for having this as an option for people who need a quick, simple and easy rental! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a nice stay. The host was very respectful of our privacy. Everything was well explained and things were easy to navigate and all amenities were as described. The bed was comfortable and the private bath was perfect. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well attended to. We would stay here again.
