great place to stay within walking distance to everything. the room was nice and they had great recommendations for local places to visit.

Location and place was great. Just wasn’t cleaned great.

Penthouse was roomy, clean, quiet, and homey. Stunning view of the river. Good work space. Albert & Brooke were always ultra-quick to respond. A delightful place to stay in downtown.

Our family had a great stay at Luanne's place. The home is in a beatiful neighborhood in Old Louisville. The weather was perfect so we got to enjoy the shaded belcony during our stay. Luanne was extremely accomodating and friendly. She showed my kids the koi pond and pointed us to a nearby park that the kids enjoyed. The house had everything we could have needed. My daughter was thrilled that there were even toys upstairs and snacks on the kitchen table. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great stay for work

Shannon was a great host; her home was exceptionally clean and updated. Although we had a car, we took Lyft a few times and it was just a little over a mile to get to across the bridge into Louisville. We recalled from the description that there was a walking and bike trail nearby and three houses beyond the property, up the hill, is not only the great walking trail but a fantastic view of the Ohio River (and the Ohio River Falls area) and several of the bridges. Shannon was a great communicator and we definitely plan to stay again when we are in the area.

David is a very nice man and communicates very well! he's quick with his responses and ive had a great stay! it's the cutest apartment too!

Little miscommunication on both of our ends to start the trip, HOWEVER - Brooke and Albert made sure that we were fully taken care of and the place was great. I had many questions throughout the 5 days we were in Louisville and whether it was a text or a call, they were there to help. Could not recommend a host OR a place to stay more in Louisville! Thank you very much for making our trip amazing!

Haylee was accommodating on our check in and check out times due to our daughters spread out appointments! She left very clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and use the keys/lights. I’m sure my kids were also super loud which she didn’t seem to mind! Which was grateful because I was super worried about that

I came to town with my 2 kids to celebrate one of their birthdays and explore a new city. We arrived a little sooner than planned but Michael and Bryce did what they could to accommodate this to get us into the space sooner. Just a quick walk around the block and we were able to find plenty to do. The environment of their spaced paired beautifully with the city itself.

Very nice efficiency apartment with private entrance and close to the river trail. Was perfect for my weekend visiting friends!

Easy to find nice place clean nice neighborhood all secure. It feels like be home. Definitely I’ll rent that again if I could.

Stayed at Nikki’s while we attended a music festival. Ride shares were very responsive. Nikki was great and on top of everything. The house is directly across from Churchill Downs. There are two convenience stores nearby. Definitely recommend for a small family or group of friends.

This BnB was awesome and just as described! Beautiful place in a wonderful location with lots to do in a walkable distance. The amenities that were set out by Jason for the BnB were nothing like I’ve experienced they have truly thought of everything and it was one of my top stays to date! Perfect get away spot.

The studio apartment was perfect for a couple who wanted to spend time in the city. It has everything you need. The pool and hot tub was a bonus. I wish we had been able to take advantage of the golf simulator.

An absolute gem. Exactly as described, and with all the amenities we needed for a visit to Louisville. Devin and NaKayla were responsive to all of our needs, and were quick to reply to our questions. Beautiful apartment and wonderful stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

We had an absolute blast hanging out in the backyard with the fire pit, hot tub, and yard games provided. Movie night in the downstairs 'game room' was wonderful. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

We loved our stay here and wish we had the time to stay an extra day. It was a perfect quick retreat for our family. The beds were so comfortable which was much needed after a long week in the road.

This place was perfect for our trip to Louisville. It was right in the heart of the nightlife and a reasonable walk to all that Louisville has to offer while remaining a quiet and clean place to stay. Very comfortable. While the check-in process was a tad complex, Devin and NaKayla explained the entire process in great detail with plenty of notice; they made it super simple! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for place to stay during their trip to Louisville! We would absolutely stay there again!

Devin and NaKayla’s place delivers on its promise. It’s perfectly located right in the center of town on 4th, making it super convenient for getting around. Everything in the home was in great working order, clean, and neatly organized. I can warmly recommend staying here – a smooth and comfortable experience all around!
