Stayed here with a large family group for graduation at Berry College. It’s as described. Well stocked and plenty of room. Convenient to Rome and Berry and Cedartown is even closer for food and stores. I’d definitely stay again with a group. Sharon was very helpful and responsive. Great spot!

The house is adorable and easy to get to from downtown, Berry, or the Rome Tennis Center (all about a 5-10 minute drive). Dog friendly spot that met all of our needs. Fenced in yard was a bonus-I didn’t notice it described when we booked. It was just my husband and I, but the three bedrooms are spacious and would be comfortable for a family or more couples traveling together. Kitchen had all you need to prep meals. Access to the washer and dryer was a plus for us. When we come back, we’ll definitely look to book Rachel’s place. She was easy to communicate with and the check-in/out directions were minimal and easy to follow.

Nice house and comfy beds. The house is on a very busy 4 lane road. It was too loud for us to be outside and enjoy the amenities. The neighboring ATV dealership is literally out the bedroom window, so not as private as we hoped. But, the host was wonderful to work with.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host, Edwin, was responsive and thoughtful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

This place was amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. Wish the front steps had a railing as my parents struggled a bit with the steps. The back door steps did have a railing but the ground was uneven and difficult for them to get to the back to. Also a step stool for the master bed, as it is rather high. The grounds as perfect for hiking.

This is just a magical place to stay. I would really like to keep it a secret, so it doesn't get too popular. It is truly just like the picture. The stream is literally outside the front porch. If you love water & woods, then this is paradise. The other cabins were thoughtfully laid out for privacy and aren't visible from inside. The views are completely private. The hosts were very responsive & great to work with. For a tiny cabin, it's cute & up to date with most of the modern conveniences. If you're picky about linens, you may want to bring your own sheets, they almost seemed disposable, but we didn't really mind, since it was about being outdoors. Camping out doesn't come close! We loved it & look forward to going back soon.

We loved our stay! We loved the view from the back porch, on a foggy morning the clouds were low so it totally felt like we were above the clouds and knew why it was called cloudland. We loved watching and listening to a thunderstorm from the screened in porch. The hottub, jacuzzi tub, and Sauna were such great amenities! We will be back !

The Roman Retreat was beyond beautiful and so so comfy and cozy! Katie was very responsive and thought of so many details and "extras" to make you feel at home. The porch was beautiful and so enjoyable to hang out on. We didn't have any children with us, but it we did, there is so much for kiddos to do! The inside was beautiful and had everything you could've needed and even extras if you forgot something. We had a wonderful long weekend and would recommend to everyone!
