Vacation rentals with a patio in Florida City

La casa estuvo bien para mí hijo y yo. El sofá cama era un tanto corto para mí hijo yaque mide 1,85 metros. Las sábanas eran un poco grandes para él. Está hecha con mucho cariño, con un cuidado de los rincones y de la estética. Decorada muy prolijamente. Al llegar me costó un poco entender el tema de las luces, todas comandadas por control remoto. Una crítica falta bidet en el baño, pero creo que este elemento no es tan común aquí, como en Argentina. El vecindario es muy tranquilo. Con negocios para comprar lo necesario para estar bien. Cuenta con los elementos necesarios para ir a la playa. La más cerca dista de 20 minutos de viaje en auto. Sin auto es imposible la estadia allí. Nosotros presenciamos el mundial de fútbol y el estadio estaba a 20 minutos de auto. A igual distancia estaba el centro de compras Sawgrass Mills. En resumen cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

The room matched the photos. The only downfall was the portable AC unit that was working very hard to keep the room cool at night but overall the stay was perfect. 1 block or so away from the beach was perfect! Plenty of restaurants, CVS & a Walgreens within walking distance. Zero complaints.

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

Super appartement, très propre et central. Les équipements mis à disposition comme la piscine et la salle de sport sont vraiment agréables. Également, sa localisation permet d'accéder facilement à d'autres quartiers grâce à la proximité des transports en commun. Également, le parking mis à disposition était très pratique. Je recommande vivement !

Carlos came through in a clutch! I’d originally booked another bnb and it was disgusting so I checked with no place to go! I found Carlos and booked with him on the same day. I got a note from bnb saying Carlos had 24 hours to approve my request, mind you I literally had no where to go. Carlos responded instantaneously accepting my request. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, it was easy to find, the place was clean and smelled good. The bed was pretty comfy too. My only suggestion would be to buy new towels and better toilet paper! Also when I ran into a minor issue, I messaged Carlos and team and they responded immediately. I recommend this place.

Mr. Franklin's house is located in a very nice and safe place. The pool is kept at a pleasant temperature and is clean, and everything in general is very clean and organized. We loved EVERYTHING. I recommend this house wholeheartedly.

This Airbnb is an absolute gem! Waking up right on the water with a breathtaking view every morning felt like a dream. The sunrises and sunsets were picture-perfect, and we spent hours just relaxing on the huge deck, watching boats go by and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space was exactly as pictured. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a serene escape with unbeatable views, this is the place. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Alain’s home is exactly as pictured. The fenced in backyard is amazing! We enjoyed the screened in porch and our children spent several hours in the pool. The house is conveniently located near several stores such as Walmart and many restaurants. It is also very close to route 1 if you are planning a trip to the Keys. Alain was a great host. He was friendly and responded very quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My family’s stay at Martha’s Village was outstanding and everyone enjoyed the property to the max. It is truly a wonderful place full of all you need to have a fun stay- everyone’s favorite was the huge outdoor space with pool table and the mini golf. Additionally, the inside of the house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean, fully equipped kitchen and great living space for a large group. We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family 🥰 The hosts are also wonderful, responsive and very helpful- great experience all around.

Pleasant stay for our family of 5. Everything as described and close to many parks and restaurants. Private pool was much fun.

For what we got, the price is absolutely worth it! The amenities are amazing and the unit is clean, stocked with dishes and cookware and makes you feel like you’re at home. Alejandro and his partners for this unit are very responsive and easy to work with! The location is great with a lot of good restaurants around and a lot of good things within walking distance, or a short Uber ride. Everything looks exactly how it was listed, and for my first Airbnb experience, this unit was exemplary!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

We stayed in Miami for three nights and were very satisfied with the accommodation. The location was perfect for us, and everything matched the description. The hosts were very helpful, and communication was seamless. We can wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic apartment.

I recently stayed at Tyler's listing and had an amazing experience. The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like home away from home. Tyler was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with recommendations for local attractions and dining.

BOOK THIS STAY !!! Absolutely loved this place!!!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning soon! The only thing that I would say is me and my partner fell in the shower lol there was nothing to hold onto and the first aid kit that was under the sink didn’t have what we needed for the injuries other than that the location was perfect close to a lot of restaurants, next time I would love to stay here again we also loved the pool bar! And the jacuzzi. Thank you soo much for making my birthday special! 10/10!!!!

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again
