We had a wonderful stay at Ari's Airbnb! She welcomed us warmly, even with a bottle of local wine, despite our late arrival. The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, cozy, and surrounded by nature. We especially loved soaking in the hot tub after long days of exploring. It also had a well equipped kitchen and great art throughout. Ari was super responsive and kind. When we had trouble figuring out the hot water late at night, she was ready to help and even offered to send her partner over to help. We ended up solving it ourselves, but her offer meant a lot. We also had an accidental mix up with a personal item, and she graciously helped us coordinate its return with her family. Her communication was thoughtful and smooth throughout our stay. The whole experience felt easy, relaxing, and cared for. We couldn’t recommend her or her place more—it’s a perfect getaway spot with a truly great host.

We had been traveling around Costa Rica for 3 months and towards the tail end of our trip, we wanted a stay that promised quiet and solitude - Michael’s place definitely delivered! The verdant peaceful surroundings makes it easy to just stay put on the property and enjoy nature. Michael very thoughtfully designed the landscaping to be an extension of its mountain/jungle surroundings. The interior space is cozy and clean with a very well equipped kitchen, which is important to us because we like to cook. Michael was a top notch communicator, always ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. All in all, a 5 star stay!

Ok, the place and the host are perfect. The problem is that it says San Ramón and maybe it happens to you, as it did to me, we imagined it as being near San Ramón downtown, but no! Literally, it is Peñas Blancas, it is about 20 or 25 minutes from Fortuna, so if you think of something closer, it is complicated because it takes more than 3 hours from San José. So, just so you know, but it's totally worth it! The cabin, the river, everything is great, really

Very grateful to Monserrath for letting me stay in this very nice place. The cabin is surrounded by nature and the sunrise views were beautiful. I loved waking up alone with the sounds of nature. It is a perfect place to disconnect and relax.

This place is a paradise! It was the perfect home base to explore the La Fortuna area. The beautiful gardens are full of wildlife to enjoy, and the hot tub was a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Jonathan was quick to respond and the place was spotless when we arrived. We can't wait to return!

My boyfriend and I were stationed in la fortuna for a couple of days and decided on this lovely bungalow. It exceeded our expectations. We were greeted with a beautiful heart shaped towel, along with a complimentary bottle of wine from the host. On top of all of this, Christopher was a joy and always very responsive. We loved the view and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. We walked on the trails around the bungalow and we were also a short 10 minute drive from the town. Overall, amazing experience- I would recommend for a romantic getaway.

Charming house with a huge estate with a river and forest. Has everything you need and the owners are very responsive. WiFi is good, nothing to say!

Beautiful!! It was exactly what we were looking for and had a view of the volcano too. Description mentions we might see some bugs because it’s in nature but we didn’t see any! Super clean and the bed was so big and comfortable! Also Melania provided great local recommendations and it was very easy to find. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it!

Great place with lots of privacy and also close to a town to get what you need. Beautiful views of are am volcano and other spots. Recommended!

Wonderful Airbnb! Looked exactly like pictures and it was so pretty and peaceful. Was easy to find and felt safe. The only issue was the amount of little bugs everywhere. Everything else was clean. Would be helpful to have more than two towels for guests.

Gerardo and his wife are very friendly, always attentive and very helpful. The place is beautiful, it conveys peace and tranquility, the location is perfect if you want to rest and disconnect from the daily routine. We recommend this place and look forward to returning soon!!

Where to begin...a beautiful location outside of the thick tourist zone of La Fortuna. The views and surroundings were breathtaking. Only about a 10-minute drive into the center of La Fortuna with great dining options. The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Agustin was responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this stay for you and your family! Would also be very private and romantic for a couple.

What was very special was that the accommodation is in the middle of the rainforest and you have a great view and surroundings there. Animal sighting and noises including river at the property. The privacy and the check-in process were great! We would recommend it to anyone who really wants to be in the middle of the jungle.

The house is amazing. We used it to stay during our wedding in San Gerardo. It's super close and has 2 spacious rooms where each bride and groom can get ready and the space is perfect for pre- and post-wedding photographs. We loved it.

Oh My Goodness! We can’t say enough about this place! We had the entire property to ourselves. It was like staying at your own oasis, so peaceful. Beautiful gardens and flora, wildlife, howler monkeys, iguanas, and birds. There are cattle and goats that come near the fence everyday. The outdoor kitchen was well equipped and fun to cook outdoors. You would want a rental car staying here to check out the surrounding towns. Evans wood-fired Pizza was fantastic. The AC in the sleeping hut was refreshing after a day of exploring! If you like peace and natures beauty while being close enough to all the action this is the perfect place! It was our favorite stay while in Costa Rica.

It is a very nice and quiet place, exceptional. From the time of booking, communication was fast and clear. The accommodation was impeccable and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!".

The place has an excellent location. Supermarkets, Pharmacy and groceries are 10 minutes away. The trails are a great plus of the place. We brought our pet and the place is simply perfect for walks and enjoying the wide green field. Great success!

WOW! We loved our stay!! The rolling hills of hydrangeas were absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed some lightning bugs and beautiful views of the city in the distance. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. We felt super safe and loved the little wood stove. The area is so fun too! Adrian had some great local recommendations for us. The house is lovely and cozy, and the view is amazing. The road there was rougher than we expected, but nothing too bad. Our second day was somewhat inconvenient, but Lauren kept communication open and solved the problems for us. Still thankful they accommodated us, as it was a last-minute trip.
