This 1960s villa, located on a promontory facing the English Channel, was completely renovated and transformed in 2025 by an architect to offer an incredible panorama of the Alabaster Coast from each of the rooms of the house. It has a beautiful wooded and fenced garden, two large private parking spaces and two favorably oriented terraces with sea views. A large garden shed allows you to store bicycles or motorcycles. We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.
