Small house in independent duplex, comfortable, located in the city center, on a one-way street in a residential area. Close to major roads (Douai and Lens 12 minutes away, Lille and Arras 25 minutes away). You can park for free close by. An electric terminal is 50 m away. Accommodation Ideal for taking contests at Gayant expo. Mezzanine with a choice of 160 bed or two beds. The third bed is to be booked extra with mattress and linen of course provided.

The Sun Duplex

Perfect for resting, in a cozy and flowery atmosphere! The living room is bright, with a window on the street and one under the backyard, and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment has a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. It is located on the 1st floor. You are a 15-minute walk to the center of Douai. Gayant expo is an 8 minute drive away. The Renault factory is a 6-minute drive. It's easy to park for free on the street, near the building entrance.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.

Close to major roads, Lille, Arras, Tournai, Bethune and Lens are less than 1/2 hour away, and Douai is 10 minutes away. The Annex is a 50 m2 extension of my home that is totally independent. The ANNEX will welcome you in a family atmosphere. For your professional stays, your weekend discoveries, or to take your exams (GAYANT EXPO 10 minutes away) we will put everything at your disposal to make your stay enjoyable.

The accommodation is close, 5 to 15 min walk to the train station, city center, courts and Court of Appeal, Conservatory, theater, Hippodrome, law school, GAYANT EXPO, SNWM company and 15 min drive to the Renault factory. You'll love my place because of the calm, the setting, the hospitality. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. We live there and are available for any questions.
