Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees.
