In wenigen Minuten bist Du am feinen Sandstrand vom See und in dem Waldgebiet welches Untergöhren mit Göhren-Lebbin verbindet. Entspanne in der Außensauna und im 36 grad warmen Whirlpool. Die Energieversorgung ist umweltfreundlich über Photovoltaik des Nachbarhauses und über eine hauseigene Wärmepumpe sicher gestellt. Den Abend genießt ihr vor dem Kamin oder auf der Süd-Terrasse mit Grillkamin.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

The 100 sqm house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open kitchen. It is about 150 m to the beach with sunbathing lawn. Opposite the property is a petting zoo and a riding facility. Bicycles, boats or canoes can be rented very close by. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance. On the lake side, the property is bordered by the idyllic bike and shore path around Lake Plau.

Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019.
