The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom has both a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the bedroom there are 1.40 meters wide double bed. There is wifi , altibox, and TV in the living room. Cozy outdoor area with pergola and own backyard. The apartment is within short walking distance to all city amenities such as eateries, shopping street and nightlife venues. Edda cinema, Cibo pizza and Strand restaurant, are only two minutes away.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

We have kayaks that can be borrowed for free. Hammock and fire pit. It is close to public transportation and a store. The climbing park "Høyt og lavt" is a 5 min drive by car or bus. The cabin has outdoor shower, kitchen, toilet and double bed

Swimming and fishing opportunities about 100 meters to the pier and beach. Many sights nearby. The perfect family space with 2 accommodation units. The outhouse with bedroom 3 is not insulated and does not have heating facilities. We use this bedroom between April and October.

A few minutes walk to the hospital (Helse Fonna) and HVL (college), the pedestrian street in the city center and the city's restaurant area on the quay.

Unikt, lite hus fra 1899 med plass til fem personer. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men gammelt nok til å beholde sjarmen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.
