Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Flakstad Municipality

We had a lovely stay. The only minor thing was that we had to make up the beds when we arrived, but all linen was provided and Silje was a great host.

The house is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean & surrounding mountains, but with winter conditions a good car is definitely recommend. It’s cozy & the bedroom with the fireplace and chairs overlooking the area is stunning. Things to improve: Include timber (the owner was so kind & brought us some because we didn’t know we have to bring our own), maybe lower the price a little bit, the check in & checkout times & also making the beds ourselves we hoped it would be included in the amount of money we paid. But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely come back because we felt very comfortable in the house! Good distance to beaches, a nice coastal walk & also Leknes :)

We had a fantastic 3 nights at Hege's beach house. The house is great with beautiful views. A perfect place to stay next to Ramberg beach.

Best view in town! 10/10 would recommend. Didn’t want to leave!

Trond is a really nice and helpful host! We loved our stay in the apartment and would definitely come back. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and the glass front with views on the ocean is incredible.

A top‑class retreat — we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rejuvenating getaway in the great outdoors!

The seafront cabin in Vestvagoy was exceptional. It was exactly as described. Welcoming gifts were left for us including fresh cut flowers. The living space was very spacious and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space was located on two levels. Both areas had large windows facing the harbor and nearby mountains. Our host was very attentive and proactive. We never had an issue with communication or the house. The one thing to note is that there is no parking available next to the house. Cars need to park on the hill above the house. This means you must walk up & down two flights of stairs to access the car or the house. To avoid having to carry suitcases up & down the stairs, we drove down an alley located behind the row of houses, unloaded/loaded our suitcases and then parked up on the hill. Once in the house, our stay was so enjoyable and memorable.

The home itself is very pretty, clean, open and light space. We really enjoyed it. The view is very serene. There is not very much nearby, nothing within walking distance, but if you're looking for being able to relax and have a good view this is an excellent choice.

It was a nice stay at Barbara's. The place is really clean and there is enough space. The bedroom ist the darkest room, so it's easy to fall asleep during the summer. The place is easy to find, but you have to enter the small path parallel to the main road to get to the house. There is self checkin with clear instructions. We met Barbara when we arrived, she lives upstairs and she is a very nice host.

Wonderful stay! This apartment was the perfect central location for everything! super clean and beautiful apartment, one of the best i have stayed in! Reidun Marina is super kind and very communicative, very personable host! Only thing was the “dark shade” in the double bed room was not dark enough during the summer sun but other than that perfect stay!

Denna lägenhet ligger i en naturskön fiskeby med få turister. Utsikten från fönstret är särskilt vacker och ger en känsla av inre frid. Lägenheten är ren, välstädad och välutrustad. Trapporna upp till lägenheten är ganska branta, vilket kan vara svårt för dem med begränsad rörlighet, men för de flesta är det inget problem. Vi tycker bara att om mörkläggningsgardinerna i sovrummet kunde mörklägga lite bättre, skulle det vara perfekt.

Kanskje det flotteste stedet vi noen gang har bodd på via AirB&B. Fantastisk beliggenhet, høy og smakfull standard på innredning, og helt usjenert. Kan varmt anbefale dette stedet for en unik opplevelse tett på den flotte naturen i Sørvågen, helt ytterst i Lofoten.

Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist genial. Lediglich eine Strasse zu überqueren und man ist am herrlichen feinsandigem Strand. Karibikmässig, ausser der Wassertemperatur. Toplage auch für die Mitternachtssonne.

Appartamento grazioso, a pochi minuti da Reine. L'alloggio era pulito e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni molto piacevoli. Bello anche il lago di fronte alla casa, con una passeggiata perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata. Consigliato!

Our trip was a mix of working remotely and hiking. Tone's place is in a great location for many beautiful hikes and makes the driving manageable each day. For the days I worked, the internet was fast and I could do everything I needed to. It's also within walking distance to the grocery store and a small cafe. The neighborhood is as quiet and safe as you can get. We arrived late, and check-in was easy. Tone was very responsive before and during the trip. We had rain a few days during our trip and it feels spacious and cozy inside for two. The ladder to the loft is a bit steep and awkward and it's easy to accidentally hit your head on the beam at the top. For those with mobility issues, it could be challenging to get up and down. Overall, we're glad we stayed here and would recommend.

We had a very nice say at Tim’s Place. It has all essentials you need and is very nice located with amazing views on the mountains. It was a well chosen base to go for hiking. Due to the nice location we also had the pleasure to enjoy northern lights during one night when the sky was clear. We will definitely come back

The Airbnb is pretty nice and very clean. Miriam and Svein are lovely and helpful people. They gave advice on hiking trips and other destinations. For a reasonable price we had the opportunity to try local food, like clipfish and whale. Afterwards we had a nice evening at a campfire. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

Félicitations pour l'aménagement ! Nous avons adoré séjourner dans cet appartement. Très bien situé pour visiter Les Lofoten, à proximité de magasins pour faire des courses. Logement très propre, très bien aménagé, très bien équipé, tv connecté. On y était très bien et nous gardons l'adresse pour notre entourage !Hôtes réactif merci beaucoup à Andrè et Ida !

We stayed 3 nights and this new apartment allowed us to explore Lofoten with ease - Leknes was close by for everything we needed. Clean tidy uncluttered - it got to be said.

Fantastisk fin og praktisk leilighet. Den hadde kjempegod plass og absolutt alt du trenger for å trives på både korte og lange opphold. Veldig sentralt for å utforske hele Lofoten. Vi brukte tre dager og fikk oppleve utrolig mye. Og vi sov veldig godt i det stille og rolige området som leiligheten lå i. Tusen takk for flott opphold!

Le contact avec Per Willy a été particulièrement cordial. Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de rentrer dans un logement douillet et chaud. Des boissons avaient été gentiment mises à disposition dans le réfrigérateur et des petites friandises nous attendaient. Les condiments, le café et le sucre étaient à disposition. L'emplacement est exceptionnel, à l'entrée du village de Reine, nous permettant de rejoindre à pied de magnifiques points de vue. Le stationnement étant payant pratiquement partout dans les Lofoten, il est particulièrement agréable d'avoir une place de parking à côté du logement. A conseiller sans hésitation !

Vi havde fornøjelsen af at bo 8 dage over påsken i Rogers lejlighed i Ballstad. Vi er rejst hjem utrolig glade og tilfredse. Lejligheden ligger skønt og centralt med gåafstand til alt ligefra indkøb til vandreruter til busstoppested. Indtjekning gik super nemt og uden problemer. Lejligheden levede helt op til billederne. Sengen og dyner var gode. Badeværelset havde en god bruser og var rent og nydeligt. Køkkenet manglede intet og stuen indbød til hygge. Udenfor var der bord og bænk vi spiste frokost ved og nød udsigten. Det var en stor luksus, at vi ikke skulle gøre hovedrent, men blot lægge håndklæderne i vasketøjskurven. Det siger vi tak for. Alt i alt følte vi os utrolig hjemme, og kunne sagtens havde taget en uge mere. Vi vil anbefale stedet og Roger som vært til alle som skulle ønske at besøge Ballstad. Roger var en fantastisk vært som hjalp os med at komme hjem da ingen busser kørte fra Ballstad. 100% et besøg værd, og et sted vi ønsker at komme tilbage til.
