Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fjell

We had a wonderful time at Turid’s cabin. Truly incredible space, comfortable and cozy. Lots of things to do inside and outside the house. We rented one of the boats and had a beautiful couple of days out on the fjord. Turid and Audun also gifted us some very fresh eggs from their farm, were available at all times and helped us with recommendations and any questions we had. We loved it. We will return. A very magical place. 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The care and attention to the renovation of this historic house is clear everywhere. Beautifully and comfortably equipped, the interiors are such a joy, we adored this house and would recommend to anyone looking for modern amenities in a characterful historic setting. Comfortable beds, beautiful linens, well stocked kitchen, wonderful views and a scenic location less than an hour outside Bergen and looking out over the quaint harbour, this was a really relaxing cosy location to spend Christmas. Would love to visit in summer too. Highly recommended.

This place and its owner need a sixth star. Every aspect of the booking and accommodation is superb. I am fussy but I never got close to finding anything not to like. The home itself is just lovely and the pictures don’t really do it justice. The house is equipped better than anywhere else we have stayed. The location is amazing, lovely and peaceful, beautiful buildings and only about 10 minutes from the centre or marina. We had a fantastic stay and if we return then our dates may well revolve around the availability of this place. Quite wonderful.

the house is really very beautiful and well thought out. It has everything you need and even more. The terrace is lovely too. Everything was perfect and the accommodation is 15 minutes from the airport! Communication with the host went very well too

Had a great stay in the apartment. Location is as good as it gets. We walked to everything. The apartment is spacious and felt very clean. All the conveniences you can ask for is in the place. We didn't lack for anything. I would gladly return.

We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

We stayed five nights in Svein's apartment. The apartment has everything you need and is located 2 minutes from the bus station. You need about 20 minutes to get into Bergen city. The communication was excellent and very pleasant. Svein is an open and very kind person who’s great to talk to and always happy to share helpful tips. His wife even drove us to the starting point of our hike once – incredibly kind. 😊 I can highly recommend this accommodation – we had a great time. Thank you to Svein and his wife! :)

The apartment was in a great location close to everything with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It was spotless, very spacious with lots of storage and it was well equipped and not far from the main tourist sights and rail station. We would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We felt very much at home. A great place to stay with a very nice garden and a picturesque view. Fortunately, we had perfect sunshine so we enjoyed the view and sun extensively. There is even a washing machine and laundry rack, in addition to a well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the huge TV also invites you to end the evening on the couch. We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was in easy walking distance to many of Bergen’s attractions and we liked having a view of the city. The apartment was quite private for being in the middle of the city. There was some noise heard from tenants in the apartment above, but mostly just footsteps; nothing bothersome.

Amazing find! This place is absolutely magical— even better than the pictures! Being right on a fjord was a unique experience. The location is convenient, just a short ride to the heart of Bergen. We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home with breathtaking views of Bergen and the surrounding mountains. Waking up to the sight of the city and fjords was a highlight of our trip. The location was perfect, close enough to explore Bergen easily yet in a peaceful spot where we could relax and take in the scenery. The large windows and outdoor space allowed us to fully appreciate the stunning panoramic views, especially at sunset. The home was spotless with cozy furnishings and all the amenities we needed. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything for a perfect stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bergen, staying here made our trip even more special and we would love to return.

We had a very nice stay at Hilde's house. The location right on the fjord is very nice. The house was absolutely big enough for us with 10 people. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The boat, which can be rented in addition, is simple but in very good condition and has a 20 hp motor. As an angler, I can say: The fjord is an absolutely excellent body of water for mackerel and saithe. Hilde also gave us great tips for excursions. Thank you!

Peaceful location with a beautiful view of Bergen. Feels cozy and private, yet still provides quick access to the city. Cozy living area and heated floors in the bathrooms made us not want to leave!

This is one of the best places I have seen in my life. It’s even better than the pictures, the view… the coziness of the place and the area.. the house is 20 mins away from the centre by car, so not far but far enough to feel the tranquility of the area. Janne is super responsive and sweet, we loved every minute there. It’s perfect for either a family with kids or a group of friends with kids or even a couple that wants to reconnect, I can’t recommend it enough. Janne was so sweet and left us evth we could need, dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules, she even offered us a welcome gift (Norwegian salmon and an amazing juice that we got literally addicted to). I can’t thank Janne enough for having us over, definitely recommend

We were 6 adults and 5 kids here for a weekend. It was absolutely phenomenal for both adults and small and big enough that we felt we had a lot of room around us. It was adapted to the smallest ones as well, with stair gates and little pø that could be ruined. There were also toys in the room above the garage so the little ones could bike and slide slide. Recommended!
