Welcome to Marlboro! This private space in our home features a private entrance, private bathroom with a nice standing shower, eating area (not a kitchen) with tea kettle and coffee machine, toaster, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. There is a table and chairs, love seat couch that transforms into a small cot, queen bed, walk in closet and 55 inch smart TV with a full motion TV stand. We are permitted to operate in the town of Marlboro and a yearly fire inspection is conducted.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Dan's home is in a peaceful and private place. Great spot to get away from the "noise" but be within a quick short drive of Beacon or Fishkill, for whatever you need or want to do. The bedroom is a good space that's cozy with windows overlooking nature and a clean comfortable bed. Dan is a kind and considerate person who thinks about details like having a few things in the kitchen for his guests like fresh milk, coffee and even a late night snack if needed. It was a great stay and I would do it again.

Paul was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and recommendations, as well as proactively checking in to make sure the stay was going well! 10/10 recommend!!

This is a perfect opportunity to unplug, cook a meal inside (or outside on the BBQ), sit by a fire pit, and just enjoy some alone time, or overdue quality time with your loved ones. We enjoyed our overnight stay at The Lake House while visiting family in the area. Lily kept us updated and provided detailed instructions for finding her treetop home. We especially appreciated her thoughtfulness in providing extra chairs for my family, so we could enjoy a meal together. Our favorite spot was by the window in the dining room with its amazing view of the lake… so serene! Comfy bed, peaceful location close to amenities, great host, and lovely art throughout the home made this the perfect stay for us. Note: access is up a flight of stairs so the home is not for those with mobility with issues. You’d also want a good back-up camera on your vehicle for easing down the steep driveway. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to stay here.

Our 2nd stay with this host. They are so caring & go above & beyond to make sure our stay is great. The house is super cute & very spacious. It’s very quiet & the huge yard is not only gorgeous but the perfect size for our dog. I wish I would have remembered there is a great big jacuzzi. I book my trip to Cold Spring around their availability. I highly recommend!!
