The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.

Cairole is a fantastic host! Their location was perfect for a visit to Gunbarrel, accommodations as described and pristine, with everything one could need from supplies to local recommendations. She was incredibly kind and hospitable with a later arrival (and understanding with less than ideal communication on my part), clear with instructions, and thoughtful of those who might not be used to higher altitudes - a very sweet touch!. I returned home with the feeling that this is the real spirit of what Airbnb can be - a lovely opportunity to meet and briefly share life with beautiful humans. Looking forward to another visit!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was great for being near downtown Longmont. Having farm fresh eggs and freshly roasted local coffee was an added bonus. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was great for taking daily strolls.

My group of friends and I had a great time at Jordans place. If you're looking to cook all your meals and spend more on activities, it's a great place to stay. I managed to cook dinner every night with all the appliances available (EVEN SPICES). We had zero trouble getting around, it's very clean, and spacious for 3 people. The washing/drying machine was heaven sent for us since we went thrifting and hiking for most of our stay. There were more than enough towels for each of us too! Overall, I'd really recommend Jordans place if you're looking to stay in or out! Jordan was incredibly responsive and let us do our own thing.

Enjoyed our stay at William’s place! It’s right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Just outside of Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park, with a beautiful drive to get there. We even spent more time in Longmont than what I expected. Great restaurants and activities all around! Check in was easy and we felt super comfortable there. We just had to walk in and go right up the stairs to our room. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Greener Pastures Getaway

The location was a little hard to find, but once found was easy to get to. The place was perfect for our family, and the pre installed gate gave us good peace of mind. The location was near several stores and gas stations, also it was within walking distance to a good Baptist Church: Tri-Town Baptist as well as our family that we were visiting. The accommodations allowed us to enjoy our stay and we were able to get the needed rest while we were there.
