Modern Studio - AC & Private Entrance

This is the newly remodel studio has its private entrance from the back of the main house. The entire electrical and plumbing systems were replaced and updated to assure our guests safety and clean water usage. There is also a separate temperature control heat/ac for this Studio unit that would guarantee our guests’ comfort during the stay. King size bed, with Medium Firm mattress. Sofa bed could turn into queen bed. A full functional kitchen that is very clean and has all new stainless steel appliances. Bathroom is equipped with top-of-the-line fixtures such as Grohe and Toto that you would only encounter in a luxury hotel. Basic soap, shampoo/conditioner, detergent are provided as well.

Alex is clearly a well-seasoned host. His space is comfortable, welcoming, and includes all the essentials. His home is located in a lovely neighborhood: easy to find, close to the highway/I-5, and downtown Tacoma. Complete with a beautiful back deck with space to lounge and eat outside, friendly cats, and cozy bedroom - this is the perfect choice for a stopover in Tacoma. Alex is relaxed conversationalist who makes you feel right at home and is happy to have a chat or let you do your thing. I'll definitely stay again. The Airbnb was perfect. It’s very cozy but has everything I needed. The gardens are beautiful and there is a wonderful view of the Sound. Joan was very responsive by text. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with all amenities provided. I would love to stay here in the future.

Anka’s space was exactly what we needed. We were coming to town very last minute and she was able to accommodate our requests and I truly appreciate that! The bed was very comfy, the yard was perfect for our pup, and everything was very clean and well organized. I really like the small touches, like the dog waste bags and can for easy clean ups in the yard. The mini fridge with water bottles for us was very thoughtful. I absolutely recommend Anka’s place, and we would definitely stay here again if we are in town. Thank you again!

Noel’s place is lovely. Exactly what I needed for a peaceful, relaxing spot where I could decompress after a busy conference day. The bed was comfy, and the shower was perfect. If you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to visit with one of his kitties while you’re sitting in the garden. 😀 There are many Mexican restaurants within walking distance. I went to Vuelva a la Vida, which was delicious.
