Close to the sea, mountains and city center! The city center is only a 15-minute walk away, Tollevikfjæra in the immediate vicinity. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in the fall of 2021. The studio has a sleeping alcove with a 150 cm double bed. The accommodation is located in a detached house, but the studio has its own entrance on the side of the house. The family that owns the studio lives in the detached house, so they are close by if you need anything. Floor heating throughout the apartment. Washing machine available. Large fridge with freezer. Coffee machine.

Separate entrance for the apartment. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room a sofa bed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and a small dining table. Tea and spices are available. The bathroom has a large shower (for 2 people). Underfloor heating and a large illuminated mirror.
