We had a great stay in Hawks Nest at Kristina’s place. The accomodation was stunning and perfect for a get away from Sydney. The doggo loved the space to be able run around in the garden. It really was the perfect set up to be able have some home cook nights in and also local to the shops is there was anything we need. Would highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly nice and friendly from the moment we booked the stay. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, which made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was the amazing welcome they gave us — it was so warm and thoughtful. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend staying here — we’d love to come back!

Samantha’s place was the wonderful retreat that we needed. The location is excellent, being close to beaches and parks, and the place itself was very clean, beautifully presented, and was decked out with all that we needed for our stay and more. We didn’t need to ask any questions because instructions were so clear and communication was proactive. We instantly relaxed and will definitely be booking a mini break there another time.

Roxy's place is exactly as described. Her home is both welcoming and warm. The location is great, with Anna Bay better than I expected. Roxy was engaging and kept me posted along the way. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great location and property, everything provided that you could need, just a couple small maintenance issues.

The house was beautifully renovated and felt like home. Everything matched with beautiful decorations that gave off a lovely vibe and made the place feel welcoming. Excellent amenities. Each room was well equipped with needed essentials and I love all the extra additions like laundry detergent and stain remover. The kitchen was fully stocked with an array of equipment so you could easily cook if desired. The shower upstairs was excellent and the bathroom modern but the downstairs bathroom did not match the rest of the house, once this space is renovated the house will be perfect! To those who want to sleep in the larger room, note this is downstairs so if people are walking around upstairs this is quite easily heard. The beds were comfortable, excellent high quality washing machine and dryer (with multiple options), and the outside areas were perfect for groups and picturesque. Great host who left a sweet welcome cheese hamper on arrival and gave a late check-out! Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at John and Lani's place. House is awesome and in a great location for an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Great value for money and we would highly recommend choosing this property if your looking for a great airbnb.

Absolutely magic. The location is next-level — peaceful, private… and those views! Aside from the property being spotless, beautifully styled and with every amenity you could possibly want, Andrea made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we booked. Incredible communication, fresh sourdough from a local bakery on arrival and our groceries picked up and unpacked for us — the greatest luxury! We travelled in late Autumn, but that didn’t stop us swimming in the beautifully heated pool and curling up on the balcony with blankets. The board games were such a fun way to spend our evenings and the dog treats and beds had our pups feeling like royalty. We will absolutely be back. Sally's cottage was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay for the weekend. It had everything we needed and so much more! The space was spotless and had beautiful details throughout the room. It was clear that a lot of heart and care had gone into the space. It had lovely views over their property to wake up to and plenty of spots to enjoy it. On top of that Sally was a wonderful host! She checked in with us the day before with very clear instructions and made sure we had everything we needed. She also baked us some lovely goodies and had stocked us up with fresh eggs and milk. The perfect host and a perfect stay! We highly recommend Mindaribba Cottage and would love to go back if we are back in the area.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Berry House. Glenn was a top host, very friendly and charming. He was on top of all communications and always had the right answer. The house was great. The indoor fire was v enjoyable and everything we needed was there. Generous supply of coffee pods, firewood kept us v comfortable. The sauna was much enjoyed though the pool was too cold.. I’m sure it would be a treat in summer. The dogs, Willow and Esther, were one of the highlights for our two boys. They had a great time. The highlight for the adults was the huge outdoor fire pit. Very special for a pre and post dinner chat.

We had such a lovely stay – the place was warm and cosy, perfect for a relaxing family retreat. It’s in a quiet bush setting but still super convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Merewether Beach and Hickson Street Lookout. We loved taking our dogs for walks along Merewether Beach and even found a great dog-friendly café nearby – the perfect spot for an early brekkie and sunrise. The lookout was stunning at sunset, though dogs aren’t allowed there, so we left ours in the car for a short while. The cottage has a big wooden table out on the deck, and we really enjoyed having lunch there, listening to the frogs singing while the dogs explored the garden. Such great value for a pet-friendly getaway. Thanks so much, Stewart!

My mum, my brother and I had a great time at Karen’s self-check-in accommodation in Bobs Farm. My wife and I got married at the winery and restaurant Sunset + Vine a few km down the road from the place, and the place was perfect for our needs. Karen was an amazing responsive host, and even assisted with picking up my mother and brother at the end of the night after the ended celebration to ensure they got home safe. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Lauren’s place! Beautiful, modern interior, walking distance to Shoal Bay for restaurants, pub, bike hire or to watch the dolphins at sunset. Or for the more intrepid, lots of hiking options right out the back door. The house was so well-equipped we also spent some days enjoying the pool, pizza oven and outdoor entertaining area. Highly recommended!

Rex and Georgie's is a cute and private space with a beautiful garden. We loved how close it was to the beach and the thorough guide handbook. Overall, the space was very clean and tidy. Communication was prompt and polite. A couple of minor points to note: the mini fridge is a little noisy and distracting in the night. The bed linen smelled a little mouldy; we have allergies but it was tolerable.

Our extended family had a wonderful long weekend at Windmill Lodge. There is lots of space and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for large groups. We also made use of the wood fire for pizza and the extra large paella pan. Lots of lounges and seating and a big long dining table perfect for large groups. Tanya was very helpful is setting up extra beds as we required and we felt very at home.

Bryony’s place is just magical. It had everything we needed and more. The view and the wrap around verandah were what stood out for us. Having small people, it meant they were safe when they were playing outside, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was really well equipped and we appreciated the little things we didn’t have to pack such as oils, coffee, dishwashing tablets and shampoo etc. The house was extremely comfortable for a large party of 9 as we were able to retreat to different areas of the house when needed. It would be even better if there was a vacuum and a mop so that we could adequately clean up after ourselves. We had the most enjoyable time and hope to book again.

Loved every minute of our stay! The house was stocked with everything we could have needed, bbq, beach and paddle boards for the bay. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Great accomodation, close to the beach and well presented

We loved staying at Tracey’s home. She was the perfect host, perfect location, everything was perfect :) Spotlessly clean and very stylish and comfortable accommodation with everything we needed. Tracey was the helpful and very frendly. Great with communications. Would highly recommend this property its the perfect place for a get away felt views and surroundings were amazing lots of great walks and i will definitely be staying again! ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Claire’s place. Communication was great, check in easy and the location is central. It was great to be able to bring my dog and Claire even left her some treats, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claire’s Airbnb.

We had an amazing stay for our annual golf trip. The home was spacious with plenty of sleeping options and felt very comfortable. With just a short walk to the beach for a swim and a short drive to the golf course, the property was the ideal location for us. Rebecca was an amazing and accommodating host and highly recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay at SOM #2 - villa was super clean and comfy, with every amenity, as described. Peaceful location and short walk into Shoal Bay with plenty to do and cafe's/restaurants nearby. Would def visit again!
