Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The location with a small terrace ensures a quiet and peaceful setting. There are great hiking opportunities into the Natural Reserve of Nohèdes with it's 4 lakes and stunning views of the Pyrenées mountains and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Welcome to Jujols, small village of Le Conflent located at an altitude of 1000 meters. A place for nature lovers (Jujols nature reserve), quiet (no or few cars in the village), and hiking (many departures on site). The house is small (less than 40 m2) but very functional and very warm! A small garden with views of the Canigou, a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, a large attic bedroom upstairs as well as a shower room await you!
