Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Filderstadt

Klein aber fein - alles was wir brauchten 6 Tage - die Terrasse im Blumengarten hat uns Luft zum erholen gegeben.

Gerhard is friendly, responsive and approachable. His apartment is perfect for longer stays. A well equipped kitchen where one can cook small meals. A peaceful location and a very well thought layout of the house to accommodate 2 people, I stayed single though. Bus station, train station, supermarket, and many restaurants are nearby. I'd certainly recommend this place and would definitely look out to book this for my next visit in Sindelfingen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und auch super schön. Ausstattung war auch alles zu finden. Sehr zentral und vieles in der Nähe (Rewe, Döner, China Imbiss usw…) Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern da, die Wände sind etwas hellhörig und das große Schlafzimmer nicht komplett abdunkelbar - was das einschlafen etwas erschwert hat. Aber alles in allem, war es wirklich super!

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne zu Sonny.

Sehr netter Kontakt. Wir hatten die Unterkunft im geschäftlichen Kontext 2 x für einen Zeitraum von mehreren Monaten gebucht. Beide Mitarbeitenden waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ländlich - größere Städte in der Umgebung wie z. B. Metzingen und Stuttgart sind am besten mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos im Inserat, ist gepflegt und hat alles was man braucht. Wenn etwas fehlen sollte oder bei sonstigen Fragen helfen Marcel und seine Frau jederzeit gerne weiter. Sie wohnen auch im selben Haus. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung!

Een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Thomas en Nicole in Kusterdingen. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: schoon, netjes en met oog voor detail. De badkamer was fris, de keuken goed uitgerust en er waren fijne extra’s zoals een haardroger, USB-kabeltjes en zelfs een flesje water bij aankomst. Thomas en Nicole zijn vriendelijk en maken graag een gezellig praatje. Alles was perfect in orde – echt een aanrader!

This apartment is fantastic! It has everything I needed for a week in Stuttgart. A fully-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), peaceful outdoor seating area, separate bedroom and access to a washer AND dryer, the latter of which is rare in my European Airbnb experience. You can walk to the U-Bahn in under 5 minutes, and be at the main train station or the airport in 20-30 minutes. There is a large supermarket maybe 5 minutes away by foot. Parking on the street is not too difficult if you have a car, which I did for part of my stay. Almut is a great host. I would definitely stay here again.

Marion ist definitiv ein SuperHost, Kommunikation hervorragend, Wohnung sehr sauber, toll ausgestattete Küche. Es gab sogar eine Schere, was bei Airbnb Unterkünften leider nicht selbstverständlich ist... Küchenarbeitsfläche klein, aber ich bin gut klar gekommen. Sehr schöne Aussicht über die Dächer in Richtung Nachbarort. Fluglärm trotz Flughafennähe verhältnismäßig gering. Kurze Wege (alles nur 5-10 Minuten) zu S-Bahn, Einkaufen, Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Alles top, wie immer! Kleine Kritik an Schlafzimmer im OG: Hier gab es kaum Möglichkeiten Kleidung aufzuhängen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Myself and my wife traveled from the uk to Christian’s property in rexingen in may 2025 , self check in was easy with a lock box containing the key to the property, Christian was always on hand to answer any questions I had. The home was spotlessly clean and as described in the listing , We felt at home straight away , Everything you need for a stay is provided , Towels , iron , washing machine , tumble dryer bed linen etc etc , It was like home from home , The area is quiet and peaceful because the property is set in a quiet location , most Black Forest attractions are a hours drive or you can take a 5 minutes walk from the property and you are within the forest with various nature walks of different lengths to choose from all starting from the property if you choose not to drive , We had a lovely evening meal in Horb at morgenland but would recommend you book in advance , A lovely weeks stay we had here and would recommend this accommodation,

We had a great stay. The house is charming, clean, and comfortable. The keypad is easy. All of the amenities were great and new. The place has 2 toilets and 1 shower. We could have used another shower for our 7 guests, but it was fine. It's a very comfortable and clean house. It's walkable to a train station. Now that I better understand Stuttgart, I would have rented a car. The house has parking. But it's also very close to a train station.

Alex was an incredible host, friendly and available. He lives next door and provided detailed instructions about every room, it's equipment, and the surroundings- which was appreciated. The house is big and had everything we needed. We could also use their normal bicycles and helmets to ride in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it!

Great value for money, with coffee and tea , superb location and great bakery next door !! Lovely are to walk around and lots of nice restaurants and cafe’s in the town.Everything you need and a real home from home

Fantastic place. More fun than staying at a hotel. Short & easy bus ride from the rail station. Views from the bedroom are great and the outdoor deck is a nice place to relax. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the old downtown area is a short walk away. Bathroom is clean, spacious with a comfortable sized shower area, which is pleasant compared to the cramped "phone booth"-style showers I'm used to in Germany. I did not take full advantage of the kitchen facilities, but it seemed to have everything you need in order to cook your own meals with a supermarket right up the street. Nick was super easy to contact, accommodating and met me on site and gave me the tour. Never had to reach out since everything worked and nothing was missing. Thanks, definitely my favorite Airbnb bookings to date! Thanks!

Es war wunderschön bei Helga im Häuschen bei der alten Mühle. Sehr viel Platz, sehr hell, sehr ruhig und ringsherum Naturgarten. Eier direkt vom Huhn, eine riesige Terrasse und eine perfekte, komplette Küche. Wunderbare Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, aber auch Schwäbische Alb und Schwarzwald. Bodensee ist auch in einer Stunde erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Das Verweilen auf der Terrasse und im umzäunten Garten genossen wir mit unserem Hund sehr. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Le séjour c’est super bien passé et l’appartement était nickel à notre arrivés! Sabin est très réactif et plutôt de bon conseil !

Die Kommunikation mit Stephan lief spitzenmäßig, die Wohnung ist schön groß und hell, super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich einfach total wohl. Da am Abreisetag keine neuen Gäste kamen, durften wir auch später auschecken, super stressfreie Abreise dadurch. Vielen Dank! Alles bestens, gerne wieder, klare Empfehlung :)

Alain’s place was fabulous, can’t say enough about it, it’s better than the photos. And all communication was fast and clear, checkin was smooth. Overall a great experience.

Wir konnten leider nur einen Nacht bleiben, waren aber ausgesprochen positiv beeindruckt von der kleinen Wohnung. Gerne hätten wir dort mehr Zeit verbracht! Valeria ist wirklich super nett und denkt einfach an alles! Diese Unterkunft werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Valeria!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem Neubau und alles blitzsauber. Stilvoll und zugleich gemütlich eingerichtet. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Toaster, Mikrowelle, kaffeepadmaschine, Töpfe, Messer, Geschirr, leiser Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach etc). Klimaanlage war leise und effektiv. Vom späten Check in war ich zunächst irritiert, aber Tobias hat die Wohnung deutlich früher bezugsfertig bekommen. Kommunikation mit ihm war immer schnell und sehr angenehm. wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt - die Kleinkinder haben es geliebt.

Sehr süße und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage – ganz nah an der U-Bahn und super angebunden an die Innenstadt sowie die Porsche- und Mercedes-Museen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und charmant. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und es war wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag brauchen könnte – sogar ein paar süße Kleinigkeiten zur Begrüßung, was uns total gefreut hat! Der Check-in war unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit dem Host super angenehm. Wir mussten ihn zwar nicht kontaktieren, weil alles perfekt war, aber er hat uns vorher sehr freundlich wissen lassen, dass er jederzeit erreichbar ist, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Host absolut weiterempfehlen! ❤️

Kapka a été très réactive et serviable, nous avons pu laisser les bagages jusqu'à l'heure souhaitée. Le logement est super confortable et calme. Nous avons pu profiter de Stuttgart tout en étant dans un lieu paisible. Les transports fonctionnent super bien. Je recommande chaudement les piscines d'eau thermale, elles sont géniales. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Unterkunft und es war wieder fantastisch. Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl, was auch daran liegt, dass Tanja und Margaret solche perfekten Gastgeber sind. Wir wurden wieder mit einer sehr herzlichen Nachricht und kleinen Willkommenspräsenten empfangen. In der Wohnung haben die Gastgeber wirklich an alles gedacht, sie ist makellos sauber und vorbildlich ordentlich. Besonders gefällt uns auch der tolle Garten und unser Sohn hat das gemütliche Spielhaus geliebt. Wir werden ganz sicher auch in Zukunft wieder hier unterkommen.
