Our host and his wife were extremely thoughtful , caring, caring, kind, and helpful. We had a great time. The house was very tidy and convenient , of course it was very nice. Our dear host has thought of every detail, ❤️ the location of the house is magnificent , and the garden and surroundings were magnificent as the house itself. 13-14 min by walk to Elani beach, 2-3 min by car. The other beach is a location with easy access to the towns and taverns. We had a very happy and beautiful month. Many thanks and love ❤️

We had a lovely stay at Chryssa’s place. She and her family are wonderful and understanding hosts, also very responsive and proactive in communication. We walked to Simantro beach, the walk back up the hill is quite a walk, but a good workout after the beach. The beach is great, with fine sand and clear water. The apartment is small, but very clean and you have everything you need. These were some of the best beds we slept in outside of our own. The garden is fantastic for the kids, there was always another corner to discover and enjoy for them. Thank you to Chryssa and her lovely family!

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

One of the most beautiful villas I have ever stayed at. You have everything you need, the villa has a huge yard with a barbecue. Jessica is a unique host, simply if anywhere in Greece is worth going this is the place. Thanks for a wonderful stay, felt at home. We will definitely be back next year😍

Very good location, close to the beach, surrounded by nature and quiet. Host is very amabile.

The villa offers much more than what can be seen in the photos. Surrounded by toll pine trees and flower bushes, beautifully set, it offers peace and quite away from crowds and noises of the nearby resorts. It has so much space and amenities, it feels like having a small 5 star resort all to yourself. Pantelis as a host is in the league of his own. Simply exceptional. Attention to detail, helpful, proactive and a great communicator. And while always attentive, he was never even the slightest bit intrusive. Our privacy and the ability to completely relax was respected completely, while anytime we needed anything, he was on it in minutes. Pantelis, thank you for a wonderful holiday and we will be seeing you again. This place is a gem
