Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Cosy and comfortable, the house has a spacious and bright living room, a full-equipped kitchen and a very wide terrace overlooking Cala s'Aixugador and where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is access to a shared infinite pool and a paddle tennis court.

Touristic tax included. Independent entrance, own bathroom with air con on 1st floor with stairs. Bedroom plus a room with settee, table, chairs, toaster and kettle, fridge. No tv. the settee converts in a bed for a 3 rd person, it is right in the center of town, with all amenities close by. in Figueres center all parking is paying. but I will send you info on where you can park for free at a reasonable distance. Come to mine to drop your bags for ease. Room and bathroom newly restaured.
