Limestone houses close to the sea and culture.

Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

The "Annex" is a charming two-story property that has most things you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you get directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender etc. Breakfast in the green with bird chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the big chestnut with a good book. The guest cleans up and leaves in the same condition as it came. Bikes to borrow at the farm to stay. Kayak and SUP to rent . Great opportunities for walks and bike tours on Sudret. Nearest swimming area at Kättelviken about 2.4 km along beautiful coastal road towards Hoburgen. Child-friendly sandy beach in Austre near Holmhällar rauk area about 8 min by car. To Burgsvik with shops, gas station and other service it takes about 10 minutes by car.
