Casa Avis l Luxury beach loft l quality home

The facade does not reveal what is offered in the loft. Sleep downstairs in a wonderful king-size box-spring bed and a TV room upstairs. There is really nothing missing from this luxury loft, everything is of high quality. The higher roof terrace is a fantastic lounge area with unique lounge beds. In the still authentic village of Ferragudo, both the city center and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance. In the village you will find all basic facilities and nice restaurants.

The living room and the terrace offer a very special view of the sea and the Arade River. Minutes from local fish restaurants, shops and the beach this house is a precious gem. The lower level features two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is tastefully decorated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking that special meal.

Had a fantastic stay. Great location, easy walking distance to the old town of Ferragudo and also to some wonderful beaches. We were travelling with our ten month old baby and Jessica had ensured there was a cot, high chair and baby bath ready and waiting for us. Jessica was also extremely friendly and responsive to all messages and allowed us a flexible check in and check out. The accommodation itself was wonderful, clean and well equipped, with a lovely outdoor area and communal pool (plus little baby pool!). Overall I highly recommend this place and only wish we could have stayed longer!

A very nice accommodation with a great view of the small lighthouse. Very large terrace with loungers and garden furniture. Perfect for eating outside. The extra toilet was also very good. In the kitchen, everything you needed for cooking was there. In the event of a power failure in the system, Rui was very helpful with tips and information. We will be happy to come. There are 2 beach coves that can be reached via a footpath. You need sturdy shoes for the path. There are 2 great restaurants in both bays.

We were met at the apartment by Helena who showed us round and explained everything. We had been left milk, water, a bottle of wine and fruit, also coffee pods for the machine. This was very welcome after an early start and travelling. The apartment was so well equipped and it made our stay so comfortable. We stayed for 4 weeks and Helena came every week to change the bedding and the towels. She did a brilliant job of cleaning the apartment. It was always so clean & fresh. The roof terrace and the pool were great additions and the apartments and gardens were kept very clean and tidy. We have stayed in Ferragudo many times and the position of this apartment is the best we have stayed in. The lovely beach is only a 10 minute walk and the restaurants and shops a 15 minute walk, all very easy to access. We also had a parasol for the beach, and towels, we felt that we really had been looked after. We would definitely recommend Catia and Joao's apartment

We really loved the house and the garden! The kids enjoyed playing outside and in the swimming pool. Ferragudo is a nice, little town with really great restaurants and friendly people. It was perfect to discover the Algarves!

Beautiful house, with everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. The location is quiet and the beach can be reached within 10 minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable. Martine gave us lots of helpful tips for activities as well as good tips on restaurants nearby and was always quickly available for any questions. We can definitely recommend the Casa de Martine.

We had a lovely week here at the end of April! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 adults. The villa is private and peaceful and the views from the living area and balcony are amazing! We appreciated the fluffy towels in the bathrooms and the extra towels for pool use. A couple of bars and restaurants are in easy walking distance and we often walked to Ferragudo along the cliff path and beach. The villa is well located to visit other areas of the Algarve by car. Francisco was very helpful, allowing us to be flexible with the checking in and out times and recommending nearby restaurants.

A welcoming living area features a light-colored sofa arranged around a circular coffee table. A flat-screen TV is mounted on a white media console. Soft natural light enters through a window adorned with simple curtains, highlighting the neutral color palette and modern decor.
